ATTENTION ARTISTS!
It's that time again! Prom is coming up and the Student Council has something very nice planned! Because the photo booth during Scarentine's was so successful, we're bringing it back! Once again people can ICly come roleplay taking a picture behind a backdrop we'll be making.
What we'd really love is if artists could offer to draw the picture that is roleplayed - but we're not looking for full color, full body art. We'd rather everything be the same, for fairness, so we'd like it if we could get multiple artists who would be interested in doing headshot/waist shot sketches of the couples (or even singles!) who RP! You get to choose what form of payment you'd prefer for each shot you draw (silver, prom minis, Masquerade points), and just like with Scarentine's there will be a list where you can pick up one couple/single at a time so that everyone gets something out of it and there's no favoritism or overburdening one artist to more than they can handle.
This year's prom is set to kick off June 20th!
Sound good? Then go ahead and sign right up! <3 Even if you sign up but can't actually do it when the time comes, that's okay. We understand! Things happen, real life takes priority. But really, you will be open to drawing as little or as much as you feel comfortable with, as long as you only pick up one at a time. No pressure! This is all in good fun!
So this thread is just to gauge interest. If you're an artist who feels like donating your time to the event by drawing quick sketches of couples, just post here with some samples of your art and let us know! If you have anything of note we should know as well this is also the time to include that with your examples.
