so i'm doing this ab workout for the month of june, and of course if you missed a couple days you can make them up. but its phenomenal and i just wanted to share it! smile of course i'm doing it for cheerleading reasons, but you can do it just to lose weight/be healthy. it gets difficult towards the end, but it's really good and you WILL see results. biggrin (p.s. ... sorry if its a bit ehh.. huge. i dont know how to fix that. gonk

Thanks for posting! My Aunts wedding is in late July so my mom is trying to lose weight for that and I'm trying to bulk up for volleyball this season so we will definitely be doing this!
I've been on my diet for a little over a week now. (Only a short while, i know, hehe.) Something like this will be great thing to take up.
