Umm well when I make cookies I just use a variant of this recipe: http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/16632/basic+butter+biscuit+dough Its a simple mix so you could just do those and make the butter biscuits, but you can really add anything to it to make new flavors, like chocolate chips or shredded coconut or whatever you like most ^^.
