When do you think is the right time for you, or the guy, to say, 'I love you'?

When you feel it?
I mean, it's recommended that you don't go announcing it as soon as you've met the person, as it's pretty damn unlikely the other person will feel the same way and you're likely to scare them off for coming off too strong.
Personally, I have a 3 month rule for me saying it, but really it's an individual thing. I can't help you much more than telling you that.

♥ You have to have the feeling. It's wrong to just say it and not feel it. It took me and my partner around 4 or 5 months to say it to one another. He said it first and I said "about time you said that, I love you too."

When the time is right. : ) No seriously. When you truly feel the gushing affection and you want to confess it.

Sometimes, the guys prefer to say it first but sometimes they are too nervous. It depends on the guy. Just WAIT a while. At least a few months. Saying it too soon can scare a guy away.

He said it first, when we were discussing what kind of relationship we were going to have, and circumstances were... well, difficult. They still are, but at least we know we love each other.
