A few pointers.

-It might help to describe your gimmick more. Yes, he's "cocky," but what makes him that way? Is he actually talented, or does he blow a lot of smoke? And what else can you add to that to really make him a uniquely cocky character?

-It wouldn't hurt to fill out your strikes and grapples sections. Also, I wouldn't number them; that way you can add more without adding the unnecessary step.

-This is an opinion, but maybe swap out the superkick with the shout out.

Other than that, seems decent enough. Draft up a tektek avatar of your character.

I just made a list without any marking next to them. Frankly, I find numbering my moves tedious unless I rank them based on frequency of use...which even then, its not a for sure number.
