Oh emotions and hormones do crazy things everyday! I'm sure your fine : )
When your body doesn't get enough sleep your temper can be shorter, you get upset more easily, or even feel overwhelmed.
It could just be that time of the month, in which case things will get better in a week or so.
And sometimes life happens. Things change and we get thrown off track.
I know everyone is busy but I would really try to make a day where you can just sleep in, stay home and relax, call and talk to a friend, read a new book, play video games, sleep, just take time for you and not worry about school or friends or family.
And if you really are worried then you do need to talk to your mom or dad. Or at least an adult you trust or school nurse.
