There are massive towers in this room, scattered everywhere. They give off a continued set of pulses that sound like dull hums. It makes weapons rattle and hands sometimes shake, and everyone may or may not feel their teeth sort of tingle.

Other than the towers the room is rather unremarkable.

Ofelia was a champion of the haunted house, but . . . . no, not really. She just liked to explore, liked to get out there and look around at the different rooms, and so she found herself in another area.

Awesome, maybe she'd meet someone new again! Meeting new students was pretty cool, fighting them wasn't so bad? She didn't like when they were aggressive or feral though, talking was more fun.

Her desire for revenge was really only for the pony people and so far she hadn't met any. She didn't think she'd meet any now either, oh well. Settling, Ofelia was waiting on someone to appear.

Hick. Rue's voice cut into her head. I can't sense any FEAR here. I want out now, this is a stupid place. She scoffed, unhappy. Ofelia looked around and couldn't figure out why.

Maybe it was the massive towers nearby that seemed to be giving off some kind of pulse? Hmmm.

Her face had been somewhat stuck in a permanent frown ever since her last adventure into this Haunted House. Had she had any sense about her, Shehk wouldn't have even come back to it. But she had certain needs and they could only be filled by being in this house.

She had a hunter to try and rip apart if she could find them. They would learn. She would teach them.

It was strange how much vengeance could flow through one's veins when the motivations for it so neatly lined up in a row. No room she passed through was given more than a passing look over to see if she could spot that familiar offense of a hunter before she'd move on.

Nothing.

Nothing.

Nothing.

The dull beating of the tower filled room hardly registered to Shehk at all as she passed into it and began to do her normal quick round of it as she had the others. Walk between everything, take a look around, find if there was an offender in that room.

Part of her regretted that this might have been as diligent as she'd ever been about such things.

Who's attacking first?

Ofelia was busy placing a hand on the tower, pleased at the unhappy sounds Rue was making in her head as the teen's whole body vibrated, when she noticed someone else was in there. The hunter wasn't able to get a good view of them, her vision was shaking with how strong she was vibrating, and she pressed her eyebrows down as she squinted in an effort to get a better line of sight.

Rue politely told her that she could see better if she took her hand off the pole but Ofelia ignored that in favor of just listening to Rue b***h about being ignored and not liking this strange feeling.

Was that a student who came in? She didn't think she saw a coat, or anything massive like wings or other strange features, but certainly the body was more humanoid than anything else. Seeing as Ofelia didn't have a sense of self-preservation, she called out. "Hoooowddddyyyyy."

Of course the shaking made her sound funny. Way to go.

A voice, albeit a shake-y one, came warbling from between the towers, causing Shehk to suddenly go still, her ears perking up as she began to look around the room with a sort of predatory alertness, tail lifting into a more alpha-like position. There was someone in here, and if they weren't a student or a horseman, well....
...

She took a moment to scent the air, before she turned her head towards where she'd more certainly heard the voice call from, just to check and see if it wasn't a trap to make her look in that direction. It seemed her thought was wrong, as there actually was a white-coat there.

Ophelia would not be getting an actual answer from the Pricolici.

Shehk snarled and wasted no time in moving to actually lunge upon the hunter, her teeth seeking out any spot that might have been fleshy enough for a good bite. It was fortunate for Ophelia that Shehk's fangs were missing, however, as it would take a good edge out of any 'sinking' into her jaws might have done.

Even if she did still seem angry as hell with her rabid biting. Albeit, she wasn't really what was feeding, in this instance.

Shehk is very aggressive at this point in time, so I guess the dice favored that u__u

"Ow sonnuva ow ow ow ow owowwwwwwww." Ofelia had barely moved to let go of the tower, seeing as someone was approaching, when they decided to bite the ever loving piss outta her. The hunter had never seen this person before, had no idea who they even remotely were, but all she could do in defense was summon Rue super quickly and punch the ever loving piss outta them.

Staggering backward she got a look at her shield, glad it help up against the onslaught. Her strike had been weak but it looked as though it did some serious damage.

What the heck was going on?!

Shehk reeled back for a moment, rubbing her wrist across her face to smear away some of the blood that had dripped out of her nose when she'd been hit by Rue. She gave the hunter a very serious and cold look, seeming to want to scream something at her, yet not wanting to betray whatever cause it was she had anymore.

What was the point of having a cause? Didn't blind violence just make up for the entire thing?

She licked her tongue over her teeth, kneading at the gaps where her fangs had been with a sort of anxiousness before she moved to lunge in again, this time less focused on biting, and more eager to use her fists. She wasn't weak. She wasn't weak. She wasn't weak....

Ofelia watched as the creature bled, then attacked, and she winced and tried to get out of the way for some of it. It didn't really work, she got her shield torn into again, and she was more than aware that half of it was gone by the screams of unhappiness Rue was releasing into her skull.

The fact her weapon couldn't eat any FEAR was driving it insane.

The fact she was dealing double damage did nothing to make her happier, and Ofelia just sucked it up and went in for another strike against this creature. If it became a slugfest she was hellbent on being the last one standing, as her blows demonstrated.

Shehk half reeled back again, but she seemed set in her cause, her jaw set firm and her brows half knitted together. She was pissed, but it seemed as though Ofelia was just as intent to fight rough as she was. Shehk kind of liked that the girl wasn't just standing there making excuses for why she was right and that the Pricolici should just roll over dead for existing.

She liked that a lot.

It made it easier for her when she tackled the hunter to get right back in swinging.

EDIT: Sorry for all the editting, I realized while I was at work that I gave her the wrong base HP @__@ I have no idea wise, but her HP is fixed now.

This was hard, this was dangerous, but Ofelia wasn't going to run away. All it would take was one mistake to get her taken down, one heavy bite from this creature.

She'd been hitting so hard, hitting so well, and then came the mistake, a strike so shallow and fair.

Ofelia quickly jumped back after delivering it, readying her hands at her side for her bandages, should she get struck again. She was in a defensive spot as well, trying to get away, but this was bad.

There was something about the weak blow that seemed to bother Shehk, causing her to return the blow with about as much force before she stepped away and began to slowly pace around Ofelia.

Perhaps it was like being hunted by a predator, but most wild animals didn't just run on revenge.

The pacing was annoying and unsettling (but mostly annoying) and Ofelia moved her hand away from her pocket, forgetting about the bandages for now. The creature thing had gotten her back with a light tap, was she just playing?

The teen was no one's prey, not prey at all, and instead of just staying on the defense like she should have she slipped into a striking position and laid down a fairly decent blow.

Ofelia's strike caused Shehk to respond badly. Her predatory pacing was interrupted before she reeled around, suddenly all teeth and fur. It took her only a split second to transform to pounce the hunter down, making a horribly high pitched wailing noise that was likely once a howl of some type.

She would devour Ofelia if given the chance.

All Ofelia was aware of was the scream that escaped from her mouth as soon as fangs came towards her and Rue shattered against the oncoming force. She remembered screaming as the fangs dug into her flesh once the shield was gone, once Rue went entirely silent, and from there everything went from blurry red to a muted black.

Her screams were the last thing she heard before everything turned off entirely, her mind and body shutting down in an effort to save her. Her pendant pulled her out at the last minute but it was almost too late, the damage had nearly been done entirely.

Was this it? Was this...how she was going to die? Her body was fading, she was gone.
