Luna was alking through the forest looking for food for the young ones in her pack. Her search came to a stop when she smelt and odd odor. After she smelt that odor she heard a noise making her ears perk up as she looked around

(yeah I don't always post giant paragraphs
but like the say first post gives you an idea on the writer X3 )
Van was just walking through the forest following a path meant for hikers
He really didn't like going through these things at night
but it was his fault for staying too long at "the guys" house
it wasn't their's but every time they move to a new city they take over a house in or near the a forest
they didn't want Van staying the night because it could get dangerous the animal spirits that each pack member had didn't take too kindly to humans
and who knows what would happen if one of them let their guard down so Vancouver agreed to go stay at an apartment till morning
one of his pack mates would escort him there
wether he wanted them to or not
Vancouver still had most of his special senses but barely paid attention to them
He somewhat come to terms on his situation an is making an attempt to be normal again
But when he reached a hill that was pretty much the highest point in the forest just a bit above the trees he saw a white figure amongst the dark pines
"wolves" he grumbled knowing how territorial they could be
instead of changing courses like he should he continued the straight path not caring if he ran into it
"wolves are just over grown dogs I can handle a dog" he mumbled
seeming to carry on a conversation with himself

As the warm summer breeze traveled through her fur she calmed a bit until the odor got stronger. To human ears Luna was just growling but to a shape shifter Luna was warning them to return from where they came. As she heard foot steps Luna knew if was a human. She growled louder just to scare them. She never once intentionally hurt a human unless it was attacking her. Luna was glad she was far from the pack so if it was a human looking for wolves they wouldnt be able to find them.

Van jumped after finding out the wolf must of been closer than he thought
he caught himself and furrowed his odd shaped eyebrows
Van's human looks didn't completely return
his white hair wasn't so odd these days people actually liked it
the elf like ears at times can be concealed using a hat or by using his hair if he loaded it down with hair gel
it still stood on end probably because of his powers
now his eyes were hard to disguise they were a yellow green color
and almost seemed pupiless mostly because they were the same color as the eyeball and worst of all in the dark they seemed to glow
Vancouver could only wear special contacts for a couple of hours before they seemed to disappear or dissolve
he sighed remembering that's what he needed to get at the store but Van could still hear the growling in the back of his head
"shut it nobody wants you
you stupid mutt!!" he yelled into the darkness while sending a small bolt of lightning at a bush
Major warned him that he should conserve his energy at the most he can only shoot two or three of those in an emergency

Luna was startled by the lighting but could tell it wasnt from the weather. Luna jumped over the bush growling so loud it echos in the quiet forest. As she landed in front of the bush her stance was as if she was about too attack. Even though she was very curious at who this man was she never let her gaurd down. The only thought in her head was she must protect the pack. As the clouds in the sky dissapered the moonlight made Luna's fur glow and her blue eyes turned a bright blue

"you are an odd looking thing aren't you...kinda cute I guess...." he said figuring he had over stayed his welcome judging from her stance
" fine I'll get out of you hair" he added not expecting a response he lost the ability to communicate to animals
Van quickly ran off but a part of his shirt was caught in the bush and hung there like a Christmas ornament

Luna relaxed a little as he walked away, she somehow was able to speak to him. "Please don't come back" Luna then grabbed the cloth and walked back to the pack after finding some food for the young ones. Luna then layed in her area and fell asleep. She awoke to the sun in her eyes. Luna then walked out of the forest and made sure no one saw and changed into her human form. She looked around and started walking to the clothing store she works at during the day.

As he entered Luna was in the back room when she heard the little bell go off. "Good morning since you are the first customer you get 50% off what ever you buy today. I will be right with you."
Luna was stacking some boxes , once she was done she came out and instantly recognized him.
She tried to make it seem like it was the first time she saw him. "hello how can I help you Sir?"

Van quickly scanned the store for shirts thats all he needed
He really shouldn't of strayed from his route
every day he heads to the house to check in with his pack then they go wherever till it gets dark then he walks or takes a cab home
they are never short on money but they aren't rich
Van gets his "allowance" every week just like he would if he still had parents
he turned towards Luna upon hearing her voice
something was familiar about it but he quickly said
" no I'm fine I was just looking for a shirt or two I'm kind of in a hurry"
