I don't pity join rps.
I do have one idea, but it's been shot down, and by people who don't seem to read... that or my explanation confuses them.
Basically, my idea was this. A powerful deity ruled a planet with an iron fist, causing mass destruction on a single whim. He was worshipped by the people of the planet, even though he was really evil and mean and tortured them all. He loved no one other than himself and his cat.
Bored, the evil deity (His name is Boris) left the planet and headed for Earth. He used his powers to cause trouble and killed off the dinosaurs. As the years passed, Boris kept causing trouble and ticking God off. One day, God was like "Screw this" and killed off Boris' cat. Boris was heartbroken and cried tears of sadness, knowing he did not have the power to save his cat. He also knew his cat was going to hell because God wanted it that way and he and God made a deal.
The deal was that Boris surrender all of his powers and never lie. He must also avoid hurting and killing anyone out of anger and in return, he and his cat live a life of immortality. They can get hurt, but they could not get sick, and they could be killed as long as it's not naturally. If Boris' cat i killed and Boris kept his part of the deal, he would regain all his powers and his cat lives in heaven forever.
Years have gone by and the people who Boris' (Now going by a different name and has had his genetic make up changed) tortured on the planet where he came from have gone to war, his cat has gone missing, he has learned to love others, and he has been contacted by his people to stop the war. One group of people have remained loyal to him, another group of people rebelling against him, and a third not really caring. Due to Boris not having any powers can not just wipe out the rebels with just a simple wave of a hand, so he would have to think of a way to stop the rebels. Oh yeah, and his people know that if they killed Boris' cat, he will regain his powers. Oh and so do all the animals. Another thing I forgot to mention, Boris can not tell anyone about the deal he made with God.
Boris can also be killed, but once his cat is killed, he will be brought back to life.

Hey I've made a few role plays that I couldn't really get started. Probably my lack of availability or writing too much in some, but here are a few.

Also for an idea, I can't remember where I saw this, but I really liked it.
-Some evil deity is in rule, and one individual is chosen. He has a choice between his cat or the world, and the 'hero' chooses his cat. I can't recall, I think he has to save the world while protecting his cat at the same time, but it sounded all pretty amusing. What I got out of it was "Screw you God and the world, but I want the world alive also so me and my cat can live in it." ect.
Maybe it was pretending to choose the world, but goes out of his way to save his cat in the process as well. -shrug- And yes, going against a God can be ridiculous as well, but it's roleplay and crap happens.

First one lol, either sounds awesome. XD Could use some more setting for each, just to get clear ideas, but I they made me smile. |
