A chilling and rather ill wind found itself blowing through the clearing edging the forest this night, the thick and pungent stench of death clinging fast to it... a maddening cackle, one which all in Faetasia had come to fear, finding itself piercing the eerie silence that had been held... a cackling that soon found itself hushed by a demonic howl, a howl which sent vicious chills down the spines of any who heard it.
Soon, the clearing become alive with panic, several small animals scurrying free of the surrounding brush. And with this panic came another howl, shadows finding themselves springing to 'life' as piercing green eyes of a toxic nature gazed out and upon the moonlit grass. "Hehehe...Yes..! Yes...!" The cackling resumed once more, heavy thuds resonating from the trunks of two large trees, claws digging deep into the bark as if it were the flesh of the creatures it watched. "Run and hide... Run and hide, knowing that your demise is nigh...! Hehehe!"
Then, without hesitation, the tree's beside the 'wolf' found themselves erupting into splinters and shattered bark, arms casting themselves forward as Haiena burst from the shadows... thick drool and froth oozing from the corners of his jowls, legs pounding viciously against the hard earth as instinct kicked in. If he were to find the one whom drew him here, he was to ensure he remained strong.... his roar echoing through the night, it soon followed by the pained squeal of a fox, jaws clamping upon it while a paw sought to tear it in half.
Soon, the grass found itself being stained with the blood and entrails of the swiftly dispatched creature, bones crunching and snapping as jaws continued to tear at it... those bat-like ears attuning themselves to the wind, seeking for anything that would give head way to where this wyrm infected creature had gone....

As the moon hung heavy toward a waxing state the world beneath seemed illuminated in an eerie darkness. standing by a think based oak tree stood a figure that stood waiting impatiently. From a distance there seemed to be a creature sitting on its haunches beside her waiting as well. The beast was on the prowl as his roar broke the impending silence bringing a smile to the pale woman's finely made lips. Tonight was the night she'd gain something she desired after all that haggling she'd been reduced to with those serpent lovers.
The beast looked outward in a trance as its misshapen ears swiveled listening to the sounds in the dark woods. Her tongue lolled downward with a spittle that was not think but equally disgusting as most spirals saliva was. She was compliment to sit waiting as her master was giving only a small whine or two wanting to hunt. The usual evil taint of Wyrm flickering in those lost eyes as she looked up toward her vampire master. She wanted to hunt for her belly growled but the chase was her glory. Her mind twisted still even in its uncontrollable hold wanted to kill and slaughter what her claws would touch. On the outside this wolf born in captivity was a mere canine aiding its master. On the inside it was a beast that wanted freedom and destruction of anything it grew near. Mentally though she lived beneath a world not her own which shattered in uncertainty. If she ever was left free she might fall down a spiral worse then the dance that broke her soul.
The pale figure known as Countess gazed at the moon once more, "Minerva. You are late.." she hissed holding the leash of her pet tight.

A shudder found itself running down the curve of Minerva's spine as she traversed the darkness brought upon by the dimly lit forest; those glasses finding themselves being pressed back and against the bridge of her nose yet again... eyes skimming over the note that had been left on her person before Countess had made her departure.
Already she was finding herself late for the meeting, a sigh escaping the fledgling as she continued to move among the shadows, senses keeping alert as she neared the oak tree... the same one mentioned within Countess' note, it soon finding itself being tucked back into a pocket.
"I apologize for being late, Countess...." Minerva gave a bow to the Disciple, nose wanting to turn itself at the sight of the beast that sat so obediently beside her. "Jehane was proving to be a troublesome one to evade... but I managed to lose her before coming here, just as you instructed." She knew that Countess would be angry for her late arrival... but she hoped that stating something like this would appease the Disciple, even if only a little.

Both waiting parties simultaneously turned their heads toward the approaching female. "You're late Minera.." she growled with an impatient drawing of breath. Which exhaled in the cool autumn air that was approaching quickly as the heated summer nights dissipated. "I do not like waiting nor does my pet. You remember closely what happens when she grows hungry do you not? Ner the less even in tardiness you've made it. Jehane yes she will be dealt with when the time is right. The important thing is the beast is on the move..."
The wolf whined again feeling her mind spin from the ravishing of hunger pains her belly announced. She waited for the two vampires to stop their yammering then started tugging on the leash. Her prey was active and on the move which consumed her mind with a desire to hunt and kill. Growling in an agitated state she made it known that it was time to go.
Countess summoned a tendril to curve like fingers upon the beast's head and scratch her behind the ears. "Lead on my pet... they're waiting for you..." she smirked then let the wolf lead her to its hunting grounds.

Another bow of respects was given to Countess, Minerva not daring to displease her or the pet she kept at her side any further. "I can assure you, it will not happen again Countess." She gave another bow of the head, a timid nature still held in the manner Minerva spoke, a nature that would slowly find itself fading with each moment spent in the presence of the Disciple.
Though, before anything else could be said in further regards to Jehane's prior meddling, a brow found itself beginning to perk. "The beast...? Do you speak of the rogue female, Kasdeya..?" She was still very confused as to why Countess desired to have them meet her, but she wasn't about to question the motives outright as teal-hued eyes surveyed the darkness around them. Hopefully she would be enlightened to why they were here....

"All will be revealed child.... all will be revealed. For now my pet desires her hunt in the great outdoors".
Leaning downward she used her shadow tendril to pull the beast's vision to her own. Nodding she scratched the wolf upon the head with her shadow then unhitched the clasp on the leash, "Go. Receive your fill of prey as you desire..." She then stood there holding the leash as the she-b***h ran into the forest.
"Now Minerva we follow her in shadow. Things are coming along according to plan.... patience is all we desire now..." she murmured as her form blended into the darkness after the black beast that melted there as well.
The wolf looked into her master's eyes feeling a sharpness in that gaze. Something bound around her like a noose though it was conceived of something entirely worse. As the latch was released she bolted into the forest for the sounds of her prey were plentiful.
Soon as the vampires were behind her the she-b***h slunk to the ground as her belly dragged like a slithering snake. Ears swiveling she caught the glimpse of a squirrel as it scratched around looking for food. Pulling herself in an awkward manner toward it her maw exposed sharp teeth. Bones popping her her joints she lunged after her prey. As the squirrel bolted up the tree she tilted her head. More noises were heard further down which she crawled toward eagerly. This time though she headed for a thick based Oak tree and started crawling upward toward the higher branches. Claws digging deep into the bark she gloved a branch and crept onto it. Tilting her head again she hunkered down and waited for a squirrel to expose itself from the hole in the tree. As it scurried outward she grabbed it in her claws and hung upside down from the branch. Using her tail and back legs for support she tore off the squirrel's head and drank the blood as she usually did. The carcass then thrown to the ground. She repeated this process several times as squirrels crossed her path. Her mind was screaming while at the same time she was enjoying herself as each squirrel carcass landed in a pile on the ground beneath her.

Minerva gave a nod to Countess' words, her attention turning itself back to the beast in their midst. She still didn't fully trust the creature, her run-in with the one known as Kasdeya being responsible for this. Though, if Countess was sure she had a tight leash upon it, there was little she had to fear from it.
"Yes Countess..." She replied simply, her notepad being brought at the ready. Something tugged at her as they walked, telling her that there was more to this little venture then Countess was letting on... but she wasn't going to voice her opinions toward it, seeing the contempt in her Disciple's eyes due to the insolence of Jehane.
Of course, as they finally caught up with the creature, the meanki found her brow perking in a questionable manner. This creature was supposed to be Countess' ace in the hole? From the looks of it, it wasn't capable of doing more than feed.
~~
A chilling tingle found itself dancing down the Spiral's spinal column, one which brought that shrill cackling to burst forth yet again. The wyrm-infected being he'd sensed before had made it's presence known again, right eye twitching lightly as the madness began to well deep inside. This was the moment he'd been waiting for, the words spoken to him by his brother mere hours ago being lost to ill thoughts, that muzzle twisting and curling itself in the evilest of grins.
"Hehehehe..! Made yourself known to us again, have you..?!" Haiena questioned the wind, nose taking in the foul stench of the wyrm which gripped it... brow perking itself in a curious manner. There was something truly peculiar about the odor in question, toxic saliva oozing out from between the cracks of teeth, tongue sliding itself along the tips of pointed fangs, that grin growing even wider.
Claws soon began to rend the earth beneath him, belly sliding itself along the blood-soaked grass before he finally bolted off and into the darkest reaches of the forest... his eerie cackling filling the night air, it finding itself coupled by that demonic howl which echoed upon the wind. "Dance the dance with you, we will! Rend and tear your flesh we shall....! Prove who is the strongest we must! Hehehehe!"
~~
In mere seconds, bark and wood found itself splintering and scattering every which way beneath the female Spiral, that shrill and insane cackling signaling Haiena's arrival. His blood-laced drool slowly slipped free from the corners of his twisted maw... bones within hands and arms popping and snapping, their muscles tensing as the overwhelming presence of the wyrm brought his madness to a peak; veins in those toxic orbs wishing to pop as they glowed and eerie green. "Heheheheh! Found you we have!" He roared out, claws slamming into the side of the tree, gaze focusing on the Spiral above him.....
A gaze which brought him to freeze in mild stupor, head twisting itself to the side and then quickly to the other, mind trying its best to register what it was seeing right now. "Hehehehehe..! What the Hell are you supposed to be?! A possum?!" He cackled in sheer amusement at the sight, other set of claws embedding themselves into the tree's trunk... the wolf wasting little time in scaling it, that cackling resuming while tongue slathered those jowls in their own 'toxic' filth.
The sudden 'explosion' of the trees and foliage drew the meanki's eyes wider than saucers, her notepad finding itself dropped due to the initial shock of the male Spiral's entrance. "That... That thing isn't Kasdeya!!" She couldn't help but screech, fumbling to gather up her notes. "What... What the Hell is it?!"
Was this what Countess was seeking? Was this the reason she had been ordered to come out on this little 'hunt'?

Countess heard him approach as the demon was more of a "show-off" to her then anything. Calling upon her shadows to conceal her deep from detection she pulled Minerva close to her side. "Indeed that is not the Hive b***h. But something more of interest I've been waiting on. Now we shall see exactly what our little pet can do hmm?"
Flicking her wrist again she tightened the hold over the female as the male crashed toward them.
The b***h had been so immersed in her prey that the sudden splintering of wood caught her off guard. Her eyes flickered green with a blacked haze as an inner instinct kicked in. As the male had began climbing her hunting tree she growled scrambling upward to look down upon this intruding menace. Hate flickered in her eyes as an uncoordinated attack sent her spiraling downward toward the approaching dark male. Letting claws dig deep she fully made contact with the other knocking to the ground in a deafening cracking of both their bones. Popping noises emanated from her arched shoulders and neck as she looked into the other's eyes.
"Dance... Dance with the Devil at Midnight. Rend tear for those that know little. Feeble attempts and broken promises all come to the downward spiral. You shall pay for invading my hunting... yes pay..."
Her mouth was frothing as claws dug deep into this intruder but for a moment eyes that were shrouded in black flickered unsteadily. A voice sung to her as her maw gaped wide, "Pay you must... pay you shall...."
