For new members in particular, you'll find this official Announcement thread very useful.

It contains a lot of what you need to know about the forums and some basic functions on Gaia.

Also, the forum feels kind of empty. You should totally go post something TM related over there!

Do you think it would be wise to advertise this guild over there?
The purpose of that forum is to help newbie TM users get started, as well as help them find other TM users.
One of the major points of this guild is to do exactly that, but permanently.

I'm not sure. I imagine for as long as people keep coming from TM, TinierMe will remain a hot topic.
Once the migration quiets down, I imagine they'll remove it.

If a certain topic becomes a popular trend, they make a temporary forum just for that topic.

I know what you mean. I've read a couple of those. They are the type of people who discriminate and assume. There are many nice people out there though. It's worth talking to them~

Haha, yea there's already one or 2 of those threads there. Fortunately, people are being nice, or rather, respectful about it.
The specific rules for that forum state that you are allowed to criticize TM, but not allowed to say things that would be harmful to others, or troll.

Thank goodness. Sometimes Gaians can be cruel. They can also be extraordinarily nice.

Well that means I can complain about TM's almost complete lack of good guy clothing but not make death threats to Selfy, gotcha.

Well actually I think I changed my mind. I had assumed that the special forum would be trolling the TM to Gaia returners but that's not the case at all. I say go ahead and advertise /flip flop'd
