I was just curious if anyone else has an issue similar to this. My normal schedule is I get my period one full week once a month. Last time I got mine was Dec 17. I got over it right before Christmas. A week has passed and it's like I'm PMSing again. I get hunger urges that turn towards feeling like I want to vomit after I eat, cramps, aches, a very nasty attitude towards a lot of different things, and burst into tears easily. Is it normal to PMS after your period and two weeks before your period?
Either that or I wonder if I have some sort of hormonal imbalance or could stress do something with this, because I deal with stress frequently in my job.

Stress definitely has an impact on when your period comes, and too much stress can greatly delay it. I think it might be normal what you are experiencing, as I too feel like that within the middle of my cycle.

Stress is evil when it comes to periods and your hormones. A few months ago I was so stressed out that my body was making me have false pregnancy symptoms. Which was rather annoying because it only made me more stressed
