Body: A mix between a lion fish and albino goat. 8D; CC choice if it has a pale dappled texture or not. The kirin scales and the fins have a faint pearly sheen.
Face: White with shades of gray for the blazes, going from her eyes to nostrils. Dark charcoal for eyeshadow.
Mane:
Tail: Custom Kelpie tail, base is white and the fin itself is almost translucent, with the webbing more like a betta than a mermaid. The spines of the fine are long/ slender with stripes like a lion fish.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Kirin template, black hooves

Horn(s): none from the Kirin blood! (Horns are part of her helmet)
Wings: none
Fins: Custom fins on front legs, base of tail and end of tail. Fins mimic the appearance of Lionfish, with longer edged spines and nearly translucent webbing inbetween. Spines will have the 'zebra' style stripes near the tips.
Scales: Standard Kirin scales, with scales added to lower front/ back legs, and freckling on her cheekbones.
Pelt: Albino-esque, with minimal pearl hues on the scales/fins. Maybe a soft gray dappled texture on the fur if necessary.

Body: A mid-gray that gets darker as it goes down the legs. A teal band going horizontal on his mid-lower neck. A black star on his shoulder, outlined in teal.
Face: as a friendly/bashful expression.
Mane: Has the bangs from the 'Braided' style, but the neck has the 'Forever Foal' style. Silver color.
Tail: Deviltail 2. Goes from a gray to teal gradation
Hooves/Fetlocks: Gold hooves

Wings: Style 2. Top layer of feathers is mid-gray, bottom layer and spines are darker gray. The membrane is a bright teal that turns sea-green near the tips.
Pelt: A mid-gray that gets darker as it goes down the legs. Almost shiny like thisTitanium.

ICly is the offspring of Soul-Lexis, for color/marking reference.

Trading Post Items: Feather Anklet, yellow ribbon with vivid purple/pink feathers.
Custom Items: A medium sized, yellow sash/scarf that wraps loosely around his neck-chest into a sloped 'v' shape, with the ends tied near his back shoulder to drape almost to the floor. Layered above that, a thin necklace with a red vial at the center like a pendant. Lastly, like his ref image I want Quittance to have 2 headfeather items. They'd be clips behind the ears/horns, and the feathers would slope out horizontally. (Visually, the feathers length would stop in the same alignment as his shoulders.

Body: For the general hues, I'd love to see the cool colors shown in ref image 1. The variation and gradation are open for CC design. As far as the general marking/pattern of the body, I would like to see hints of the dolphin marks shown in image 3. The tattered fins on the head/legs/and tail should all be in the brown colors/markings found in either image 1 or 3. As for hard-edged markings, I've added ref image 2 as inspiration for stripey/tribal-esque markings in those colors. CC but marks should be used sparingly.
Face: I would like it to blend with the colors/markings of the body. Hues of brown may be tossed in to help match the fins. CC. Eyeshadows are love!
Mane: None.
Tail: Base blends with the body design. The fins themselves are brown hues and slightly translucent.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Tan/sandy colored
