Okay, I'm going to try to give you a review without being too lenient or too critical, so I apologize in advance if it seems harsh or something. I honestly don't mean for it to be.
Okay so..
First link: are supposed to be edits, correct? The only one that really looks like an edit is the first one. The rest really just look like you made a completely new avatar with the same base/theme/color scheme. I'm not saying that they are necessarily bad, just that it really doesn't count as an 'edit' if the whole avatar is basically changed.
Second link:general rule is to only use one pose of an item unless you calculate it into the price or they specify that they have more than one of said item. The avatar is cute but it's easy to mess up in this way if you don't follow that little rule of thumb.
Third link: again, I see the 'edit' as just basically remaking the complete avatar with the same theme/color scheme, not necessarily an actual edit. The first one on the list (the last one saved, the dark blue one) looks nothing like the others at all, not even color scheme. Yes, they are all blue and white but that one is really dark while the other three are really light/wintery.
Most tektek shops go for people who are good with color matching, layering, clutter, or cohesion. While you use colors in the same color group you seem to go more toward a theme than actual balance and matching. This isn't always a bad thing because some people like these types of avatars, but most people won't go to a tektek shop and order an avatar that is unmatched clutter. If you are going for a theme, and want to work in a shop, you have to make the avatar cohesive, that way, even if it doesn't match it still flows well.
I would suggest working on your color matching, layering, and the flow of your avatars if you want to work in a shop. You have some cute tekteks but they just aren't really up to par with most successful shop workers quite yet.
Basically: If you're going for clutter (which most of the tekteks you have linked here are) most people like organized clutter over sporadic movement. If you're going for matching your shades need to match as well as the colors. This is a big thing to a lot of people. When they say matching they don't only want the same color on the base but also the same
shade. If you're making an edit you shouldn't completely change the avatar.
You can have 1-2 items that stand out from the rest of the avatar, but not every item should be competing for your attention when you look at it.
You can easily form your own style and let your personality shine through in your tekteks while also making avatars that the people who venture into the dressing room will want to wear. You just need to practice to find that balance and work on it. Then you should be ready work in a shop. You will always find people who like different things but the general consensus is usually theme/color scheme, layering/simplicity, matching, organized clutter/non-clutter.
I would also suggest taking a look through the more popular tektek shops and learning from them. Look at their styles, techniques, etc and practice them for yourself. Everyone has their own little twist to their avatars so you shouldn't copy them completely, but you should do a bit of studying on it and learn these things yourself so that you can give what people want.
Lastly, make sure that you learn the differences between gaia layering and tektek layering. If you are constantly churning out avatars that don't layer correctly (or contain items that don't layer together at all) you will start to get a bad rep and lose business because that basically makes it seem like you don't know what you're doing and makes your tekteks rather useless (unless being used solely for inspiration). I don't know if you have this issue or not, it's just a general statement, I didn't take the time to check the avatars you posted for layering conflict/issues. ^^;;
This post doesn't really cover cosplay and non-matching theme avatars, but it should help you out with everything else.
Good luck with your tekteking and landing a spot in a tektek shop! ~
