I was on the IAGT Facebook page and I noticed that someone had posted a workout calendar that looked simple enough to do!
It's just a number of squats, starting at 50 on Day 1, and it increases over the days and includes frequent rest days! It can be found here! Since the focus is mainly on the lower body, I also added a program called Fab Ab February (though still doable for all months of the year), which includes sit-ups, push-ups, and planking to get rid of belly fat and arm jiggle. ^^
I just thought I'd let you guys know! I am also probably gonna post my progress here daily, because with support from you girls, I think I'll be more enthusiastic about it! ♥
I also encourage you to post your progress here too, it's like we're working out with each other. (:

We can support each other! (: The exercises are easy to do-- you only need about 3-4 feet of space on the floor to work comfortably, so you can do it anywhere. The whole routine only takes about 5 minutes so far anyway. ^^
I was thinking about incorporating some brisk walking. There's this mile-long track in my neighborhood with a nice lake in the middle. ^^ The scenery's really pleasant.

Sounds lovely. I've been thinking about doing the same for a while now, but where I live... It's kinda boring. I barely know the streets here and I don't want to get lost. Dx

Day 1 of 30 - Done! So day two - bring it on (but be nice)!!
Day 2 of 30 - Done! Thought I'd put this in one post~ And...my legs feel wobbly too. Ahaha, I'm so out of shape it's almost embarrassing xD;;;

Day 3: Complete! Weight and BMI are still the same.
Today was extra-strenuous, I had to stop for a few seconds when I got to 57. xD Since Sunday is a rest day in Fab Ab, I'm actually pretty glad I don't have to do anything else. > u <
My legs are even wobblier today.
