✿So my partner just rang me to tell me that he loves me and... Someone sent him a text message (from a private number) basically trying to break us up. He ended up forwarding it to me and after cracking their horrible spelling, it said:
Hi Matt. I just want to say that I love Aminah. I just want to say that I had sex with her one night, we were very drunk. I am not sorry that we had sex. We were drunk and I don't know if she remembers. That night in [location].
I honestly have no idea who would do this to us or why. And I have no idea how they got his number. There are only two of my friends I know who have his number and they are a couple and our closest friends. I've never had sex with anyone else, we were each other's first and I do believe I would remember if I was sexually assaulted. I've only ever gone to a party at that location twice and never at any time was I even close to a guy, so it doesn't make sense. I don't know what to do; I'm so stressed and freaking out right now! Why would someone do this? It doesn't make any sense! I've never hurt anyone and I have no idea why someone would want to hurt me or him like this. I just need some advice, any advice to help me make sense of this.

I'm so sorry someone tried to do this to you. Some people are just assholes JERKS like that.
If I were you, seeing as how your boyfriend finds it funny-- I wouldn't worry. Water off a duck's back, right?
If it's really bothering you that someone is doing this, then you might want to ask around a little-- I guess? Maybe see if your friends or some of his might be a little jealous?
I honestly can't think of any reason someone would do that :/

I'm sorry that happened to you Clasela! It's rather sad that someone actually tried to do something so horrible to you. Sometimes people are just mean without having a reason to be. Sometimes people like hurting sweet people such as yourself, you didn't do a thing to deserve that. As CasuaIty said, I would't worry too much about it. I understand wanting to know why or at least who did it though. I hope you're able to uncover some stuff when you do some investigating, but definitely don't stress yourself out over it. Someone who would actually hurt you like that isn't worth all that stress and worry. Just be happy your relationship is strong and wonderful enough that something stupid like that isn't affecting it at all. 3nodding I'm sorry I don't have any good advice for this, I'm not much help. I showed my mother the message and she believes (I don't know how) it's a girl. Nevertheless, it would not be our friends because they set us up in the first place and we're not close to anyone else. Which is what makes my head spin that this person is only a brief acquaintance of mine, and yet they spelt my name right... This is odd. At least we know the truth and it hasn't ruffled any feathers because we've been through a similar situation before. It's a very difficult situation to give advice for, so I understand completely and I thank you for trying. emotion_hug

From the sounds of it, that you only have two friends that you know of that have your partner's number, it might be someone only he knows, at least personally enough to have his number. You didn't get any kind of message pertaining to it, so it seems like this person could only contact him. It would make sense if it was someone only he knew well enough to have contact info if you didn't get any kind of contact on top of it. I suppose I would just expect the person to give you both messages to make it more "believable". I would think if the person wanted your partner to really believe them, they'd try to contact you both, mess around with the both of you, send you creepy messages to really make him believe there was a guy, but they didn't, probably because they couldn't. That's why I would think it's someone who could only get to him. sweatdrop But I suppose it wouldn't hurt to look anywhere for any kind of explanation for this. I just hope this doesn't continue and it was just some one time thing of someone being a butthole. You really don't deserve this! emotion_hug
✿That's what I've been thinking and it would make sense, but I don't know why one of his friends would do that. Everyone is now a suspect. eek I mean go to all of that trouble to get a number that wasn't in his address phone book and put it on private just to text him a hurtful message for goodness knows what reason. Honestly, it sounds like we're profiling a serial killer! And I think if the message we're truthful, I would have been contacted, in which I haven't, so I'm thinking he was the target. Either someone wants to see him unhappy or they want him for themselves! I know! heartemotion_hug But we have dealt with worse than this before, so it's more vexing than it is upsetting.

They went to him first, so maybe they actually have a problem with him and not you, and is just using you as a way to hurt him. Yeesh, there are so many possibilities to this. ._. ✿Jinkies! A mystery! XD My favourite genre. I should totally bring my Nancy Drew buddy into this - she'd go bonkers over solving a real mystery. Yes, the possibilities are endless and I've talked to him about it and he's been asking around but he's going to call the phone company to try to trace it. Thank you~! She's still a work in progress and different to the original outfit I had planned. But I'm slowly developing her.

I used to like mystery and crime shows and stuff like that. Solving cases and mysteries. xD I was totally into this anime called Detective Conan because of all the murder cases in it, it was crazy how they were solved. xD I hope he's able to get it traced. I would definitely do it if I could, because it could lead to further harassment if he didn't know the number and couldn't block it. You're welcome! :3 Ah well, sometimes you veer off from what you've originally planned for an avatar. I've done it countless times. xD Sometimes I'll even make a combo while doing one avatar, and then take that combo into a entirely different direction because it fit different colors better haha.
✿I'm obsessed with mysteries of any kind. It sounds crazy because I'm a little girly-girl (and I hold my breath when I see dead things), but I love watching crime shows because I find the human mind so fascinating! I've never heard of that show, but I will look it up now. Yes, I hope so, then we can kick some butt, the official way - whatever that is! >.< But there has been a lot of odd things going on in our town. My friend brought a bunny for her son and a proper cage for it. The next day she went out to feed it (it was on their back porch) and the lid was up and the bunny was gone. Anyhow, she found it out in the mud barely alive and the police believe it was a hate crime! She barely knows anyone in out small town! The bunny is better now and it's so cute and fluffy. :3 And sometimes it turns out a lot better than expected. But I'm still experimenting with it. I'm so fussy with my avatars, but it's very enjoyable~

I think I'm a girly-girl when it comes to certain things, but I can act.. not so girly too. xD Dead things, I'm not sure about, I think I get more sad than anything when I see something dead. But yeah, the human mind is definitely quite fascinating. I took Psychology in HS and while it barely scratched the surface in that class, it was interesting nonetheless. It's a very good show for stuff like that, but it's also quite long. It's still ongoing I believe since 1994. XD I don't know when it's going to stop lol.
Oh my god! That sounds terrifying. I don't know what I would do if I woke up one day and found my animal gone. ; A; That's just so odd, sounds like some people are just being terrible for the sake of being terrible, ugh.
I think it looks very nice! Elegant and soft. c: And yeah, I can spend hours on an avatar, off and on, just trying to make it perfect. XD
✿It is very sad. I guess I hold my breath as a form of respect to the dead. I would have loved to have taken Psychology, but it was never offered. :( Wow, it's as old as I am! >.< Sounds like it muct be a success of a show to be still going after all those years, like Doctor Who. Oh I swear some people have no heart, in order to do that to a tiny bunny. If I found my puppy almost dead in the mud I would have a major breakdown! Thank you~ I didn't want to over do it and I'm actually very happy with how it turned out. Now your new avatar on the other hand... Is amazing! The colours work so well with the theme. I'm never that close to something dead to hold my breath. I'm usually in the car and see it on the road or something. Yeah, it's a class that not many schools want to pay for, I think after that year I took it, they decided to take it out of the elective choices. It's such an interesting course though, so many kids wanted it, far more than they could fit, yet they still didn't want to keep it. D= It's almost as old as I am too. It's definitely really popular, in both Japan and the US, and of course other areas. Sometimes I wonder how the person writing it can come up with that much stuff for the show. xD It's definitely one of the longest running anime out there, and it has a unique style that isn't a typical anime look. But if you do get into it, I might recommend just sticking with the subbed versions, as it was never completed in English, not even a quarter of the way through lol. I think I would have broke down myself. I love my cats, I can't even comprehend the thought of someone taking them and just leaving them for dead somewhere in the mud. :c You're welcome! I'm glad you're happy with how it turned out~ It's always a wonderful feeling to go "yeah, I really like this, I made this!" when you're finished with an avatar haha. I am so sorry that you have to go through this. My friend did once and we discovered that the texter was actually a girl that had a major thing for my friends boyfriend. My advice is to keep your head up and remain calm. Your boyfriend (from what I read) trusts you so there is nothing to worry about, especially if he laughed about the whole thing. Keep your head up! these sorts of things tend to resolve themselves biggrin
