FIELD TRIP: FEAR EXTRACTION THROUGH INDIRECT VISUAL STIMULI
Sign up below!!If you've signed up, please meet at 11:00PM Moonday night in front of the School Gates! But first, read ALL RULES CAREFULLY before signing up! See you there!! The sign in sheet below the notice looks exactly like the one she'd used for her previous class, which didn't match the notice at all, and was probably a horrible idea since the last sign up sheet disintegrated.
Nevertheless, it was there, topped with a whole new list of rules for the field trip.
RULES ON SIGN UP SHEET -Please arrive promptly at 11:00PM, we are on a strict time schedule and will not wait! -NO food or drinks on this field trip, please make sure you've eaten beforehand! -All electronic devices must be left behind, NO EXCEPTIONS! -No minipets! -Please stay within sight of your teacher at all times! -DO NOT WANDER OFF! -Listen to all instructions very carefully at all times!
PLEASE READ Please post OOCly saying you're signing up, THEN IMMEDIATELY edit the form in, so people know they're waiting for your version of the sign in sheet! If you do not add your edited sign up sheet after an hour, your post will be removed so others waiting behind you can sign up. Only post when you KNOW you can edit the sign up sheet! You have ONE DAY to sign up! This initial post is ONLY FOR SIGNING UP - but if you want to roleplay, you may time skip to the gates. Sign ups are ABSOLUTELY CLOSED once the class begins tomorrow night, and the field trip itself will last for approximately 3 IC hours, and will take approximately 3 OOC days after it begins monday. Other than constant 'environment' posts to give you a sense of where they are, updates will come approximately once a day, with one exception. -ONE CHARACTER PER PERSON please! If you desperately need an exception PM me but you must have a valid reason! -Students are preferred! Horseman can come.. but you won't get as much out of the trip with your horseman as you would with your student. Golems are prohibited for OOC technical difficulties lol!

Molan didn't like the voices, things, and feeling of being watched. To be entirely honest he felt a distinct need to hide in his room until whatever he kept hearing stopped. Because some part of him thought the shadows were going to come back.
Not another night like that. Oh and his ice had just gotten back to normal... ish.
Which was why, when he saw a sign-up, it seemed like a good idea. It truly didn't matter what the class was, he just kind of wanted to not be on the campus. The things had been here, and well... other places, but here mostly. If he left he felt it might be safer. Or some part of him felt that way. It wasn't home, no not at all, but it seemed like an idea.
Something better than ducking away. So with a resigned nod he carefully penned his name on the nice and tidy sheet. Leaving it almost as spotless as it was. Minus a new bit of ink. Such a model student. Truly.
Respecting the teachers paper.

Sibyl was excited. Field trips sounded like so much fun! And it was with Miss Selene again! She liked Miss Selene. Miss Selene was so-- "Oops..." She'd tried really hard to be good and keep a firm hold on the piece of meat she had been eating...completely raw. In fact it looked like she had just caught it, the blood was dripping down her hand and now splattered all over the sign up sheet when a piece of the meat fell off the hunk and onto the paper. Darn! Sibyl picked it up and ate it anyway, looking around and just shoving the rest of the morsel into her mouth. Sure, it was hard to chew with such a small mouth in comparison to her mouth as a seal, but the rules said no food. She had been trying to eat before the trip, figuring on the way was just as good, but now Miss Selene was going to know!
Ahhhh! And the evidence was all over her hands and face! The ghoul gasped, looking all around before she just wiped the blood on her skirt and wiped her mouth with her sleeve. Yeah, Sibyl...that's the way to do it.
A little glowy thing caught her attention and Sibyl looked down at the paper she had just..well...ruined. She added a note beside her name before she plucked the little glowing worm off the paper. "Cuuuuuuute! I remember you from last time~!" She giggled, walking away and leaving the signup sheet to the next person who'd be signing up.

There was a field trip, simple as that, posted on the boards in the hall. And really, not a lot of decision making needed to be done. Olivia made a bee line for the piece of paper, so simple, and didn't even notice what it was for or which teacher. Because it was a field trip, and that meant going somewhere and that meant it would totally be fun (Olivia liked that. And she would be clustered with a group of her peers like always. Getting to stare at them, and kind of ... well, mellow out those voices and stuff).
When she found the sheet, there was an apparent sign that others had already signed up. Well, with the green and the lovely red color and the already penned names. So many she already recognized as well! - Why did Molan's last name look so familiar....
One thing she didn't realize, however, was how soon after Sibyl she was signing up. The blood still a little fresh when the selkie had dropped her meal upon it. 'Cause when the wight went to put her name on the familiar looking sheet, well... the ink started to bleed and murk up the pretty darker red. "Oh!" Her eyes widened. Well, that wouldn't do! Her dark finer pressed against the sheet where her name grew fuzzy by the second and she swiped it across to try to stop the progress. And only made it worse.
"Oh," she frowned for a moment. Well. The ink wasn't spreading as much anymore, she figured as she tilted her head a bit. Hopefully her name could still be read. Aa, well. The most important thing was that this was a field trip after all ~ So, she left the paper as it was.

Restlessness and wanderlust shouldn't exist in a creature that could, by nature, go pretty much wherever it felt like, but lately, Taima seemed to feel nothing but. No amount of flying seemed to help. Every next horizon encouraged her to keep going, hinting at new lands to explore, new things to discover, but the obligation of endless classes and schoolwork kept pulling her back. She was torn: on the one hand, she was made to be free, to go wherever the wind decided to take her; on the other, she was dedicated to succeeding at Amityville, taking every possible opportunity to learn something new regardless of how much it weighed her down.
When Taima passed the flyer in the hall, she didn't even bother to read beyond the words "field trip." That was just what she needed! Now she could get out for a while and earn class credit for it. Win/win/win. She took out a pen, grinning at the state of the sign-up sheet after only four other students had signed it, and wrote her name somewhere that didn't have holes or goop or still-wet blood.

This was his first field trip!
Okay, maybe not so much, he had done a few interesting things in this school before he came in to it - such as the odd snowball fight with the two trick-or-treaters, and the big get together with the student show-athon (is what he called it), but this was . . . official!
So with no hesitation, he wrote his name down. In his folly, though, a couple drops of lava escaped him, dashing the sheet - not good! In an attempt to save it, he flapped the page around a bit, before writing a very small apology on the page and continued it forward.
Agghhhh . . . ! No one saw that, right?
