THE DORMS NEED YOUR HELP
Thanks to Mot's Suggestion, Student Council is now looking to appoint two Resident Assistants for each Dorm! Each RA should be at least Year 2 will have the following list of duties:

• Helping their dorm residents where and whenever they can.
  
• 'Rounds' of the building for damages/etc once every IC week
  
• Random room checks for compliance.
  
• Dorm or Floor meetings for each student type.
  
• Being Team Leads for Dorm/race events run by Student Council/other clubs/groups.
  
• Working alongside the Student Council where necessary.

These duties can be completed as prompts, ORPs or PRPs at the player's discretion and availability.

They are left fairly open for a player to do what they wish with them. For example, if someone has been inactive and wants to get back into the swing of things, they can contact their Dorm RA for a 'random room check' to get the ball rolling again! Or a new student could contact their RA to help them get orientated. It's very open ended, great for plot fodder!

If chosen, you will also be ICly reporting to Mot (played by Bittiface), who has been appointed the lead RA to act as a liaison-of-sorts between the Resident Assistants and Student Council. This was his idea after all, and Student Council greatly approves of giving credit where it's due. Also, SC doesn't really know what an RA does and may or may not be deferring the actual work to Mot. Mostly because it was his idea though.

This will not be first come, first served! In the event more than two people apply, a vote will be cast to determine who gets the position.

Why do you want to be an RA?: Amarus would make an excellent calming influence (albeit a little evil maybe) and hey think of the excellent goody bags she could provide to newcomers biggrin ... I promise no drugs in them ok. Room inspections would also be carried out pretty easily.

Why do you want to be an RA?: I think Roch would be a great RA--not so much for knocking heads together because of noise, but he's a damn fine handyman and is perfectly willing to help people move in/deal with other big situations. But of course, if you're looking for one of each gender, feel free to toss him aside<3

Why do you want to be an RA?: Sparrow loves people, and he loves feeling useful. He's run for Student Council for two years, but alas was not chosen. However, this hasn't discouraged him from doing everything he can to promote student unification and growth, and whatever he can do to help the bonds of Amityville students makes him happy!

Why do you want to be an RA?: Lattice enjoys helping others and is a very supportive and soft talking ghoul. If anyone gives her any crap..Well...

She has a pony for that. (Also needle arms.)

Needless to say she's pretty willing to do what is needed with no qualms.

Why do you want to be an RA?: Sophie likes to give a hand when needed and while she's a little shy, she feels this will give her much needed interaction to bring her out of her shell. She especially likes helping out new students.

Dorm: Demon Biatches Represent
Why do you want to be an RA?: Danny's near graduation, so she knows her way around the school. She's always been really friendly to just about everyone (except ice demons, West and Sammy can take those). She'd be good at welcoming newcomers as well as treating those oldbies with niceties.

Also ... to be honest she'd be the more lenient RA. She's a rulebreaker herself, so she'd be the kind of RA that's more like your friend than your caretaker. It might help with some plots if you need to sneak out some nights ...
