Most of the examples, I could imagine, but it never occurred to me that a tender conscience could fall for Satan's snares. But it's true: someone too afraid to do anything, for fear that it might be sinful, will do absolutely nothing edifying or productive as a result. Avoiding extremes is tricky, hence the snare.
Also, the point he made about meditating on scripture, so true: I find the longer I spend on a chapter, the more understanding I receive even on seemingly unrelated topics. I'm still meditating on the verses and concepts spoken about in the other thread which made me start thinking about the New earth and how there is no night, ergo no evening; if you didn't accept Jesus before then, and allow him to cleanse you with the water of the word, you will be found unclean and not accepted into the camp until the next day. But there's no such thing as evening/night anymore so you're locked out forever; there is no next day (no evening). eek ~yup, still in awe~
