You mean the pegacorn fluff? The one with the horn?

If that's the one, just go to the event page HERE and click the "play now" button. It'll open up Towns 2 for you, once the town loads, go up a bit to Blaze (the chick with the motorcycle) and click on her. She'll ask you if you want to take care of a fluff, if you click yes, you'll get one of the fluffs. I think it's random.
