Xaejil had been spending a good amount of time in the library since her arrival at school. She found the many books to be enlightening and things she couldn't get in her colony. She'd never spoken with anyone in there so it came out of nowhere to hear a beckoning voice.

The petite ghoul walked over curiously, though her face was set with slight disappointment. She wasn't one to mince words. "Why do you sound as if you don't mean books at all?"

She pinned him with with an intense pink stare.

Yin had chosen the complete wrong time to go to the library.

Technically every time was the wrong time for the library, because books, but still, here he was, looking with horror at the thick tome about FEAR healing he should probably read.

Wrong place, wrong time. He almost cringed as one of the librarians called out. "Yes sir," he mumbled, moving closer to the purple haired man. The only real bright side to this was the fact that he subtly dropped the FEAR healing tome into one of the disorganized stacks of books. If it just so happened to get lost in the shuffle and he could not find it to read, well, that was not his problem.

He may have set a few books on top of it for good measure.

Zel had once again been spending almost every waking moment of his time in the library. Granted, he kept looking at his phone to see if any of the texts he'd been sending his ghoulfriend were getting any replies... No such luck so far. When the purple haired male began tearing the place apart, Zel had raised a brow and watched - that was until he was called upon to... assist.

Well he really couldn't turn the librarian down now could he?

Nodding his head, he raised his voice just loud enough for the male to hear. "Aye, I'll help," before moving over to go help with the stacks of books.

Who knows - maybe he'll find something decent to read.

Hel usually never went to the library…but with graduation looming over the horizon and looking into employment as a ToTer…she wondered if the library would have any books about it.

She walked in, heard someone calling students over, and made a bee-line right for the source. Well, the reaper would probably never be that fond of the library or reading…so anything to purposely distract her from doing so was most welcome. The ghoul took a gander at the other students who showed up, recognizing Yin and then recognizing that Jil ghoul from Critter…and then Tybalt here and there.

“Will that not be like trying to find a needle in a hay stack?” She asked, skeptical, once she was close enough.

Jil looked entirely too displeased that these students would just blindly agree to help when the request was so obviously suspicious. She wasn't well enough versed in the school faculty to know who the librarian was but this fellow didn't exactly fit her mental image of one. He also didn't seem to be a very good librarian if he couldn't find the books which it was his job to safeguard.

Hel's statement, a ghoul she recognized only from Critter posts, made her crack a tiny sharp toothed smile and snort just slightly with amusement. The beholder ghoul didn't say anything in support or agreement but crossed her arms and waited to hear what sort of inane nonsense they would be roped into.

Alex often spent a lot of time in the library. However, he hadn't had as much time to spend in it as he had in the past, with grad fast approaching and student council matters to attend to, a job, and trying to figure out what to do with his life. Still, it was a nice place to go to just get away, to enjoy some quiet away from the minipets in his dorm room, without having to worry about anything on occasion, when the occasion finally arose, which was not all that often anymore it seemed.

Of course, in his quiet, peaceful sanctuary he was not expecting to find what he did, with the library itself an absolute mess (not that he minded messes), Students milling about, and one of the librarians waving them all over to help him find something. Sighing inwardly, he shuffled his way forward. He had not yet seen the weremantis who had taken the opportunity to hide whatever book he was supposed to be reading, and when he approached, he shoved his hands in his pockets, slouching forward so that his hair fell in front of both eyes.

He simply gave the librarian a nod, because when it came to books, Alex generally knew what he was talking about, or looking for. He figured he could probably be of some help, and it didn't look like he was going to get some quiet down time anyways.

West could count on one hand the number of times he had been in the library with the intention of actually using it as one. Today he was cutting through solely because the place was cool inside and he was not, having just finished a run around campus. As he tended to nearly all the time, the boil was wearing far too many clothes for such an activity. In addition to its relative chilliness, the library was also a really good place to piss people off. Toss their books on the floor, break up the silence with a few obscenities, that sort of thing. If he got to kill two birds with one stone today, it would be even better.

He saw the growing gathering of students before he heard the librarian's request, and he gravitated toward it like a litter bug to flame. Sure, bad things did tend to happen when students grouped up around here, but at least he was never bored. West's capacity for curiosity had grown exponentially over the last year, and while it had caused him some trouble, he had also learned a great deal about himself in the process.

The boil was having a hard time picturing how this particular activity might spawn an adventure, but if this gloriously purple b*****d wanted books, West would find him some books.

Sin walked into the Library with all the determination and frame of mind for studying, she'd even worn her study outfit! She had left her EYEPhone in her room and brought along a cute notepad to take notes in, nothing was going to distract her from getting some actual schoolwork done today, nothing! Except of course she couldn't very well ignore the librarian could she? She walked over slowly a bit wary of the coaxing tone he was using, a frantic librarian trying to rope them into helping find a book seemed somehow a way to end up in trouble. Sin did not want to ever be in trouble again.

"Books? I suppose you mean books in specific…well I guess I could lend a hand for a bit but then I really do have some studying to get to…"

Sin sighed and set her notepad down along with her pink pen, she brushed an imagined piece of lint off her black pants and adjusted her hair-tie. If she was going to be scouring the library she might as well still look good doing it.

When Xiu walked into the library that day, she had expected for it to be the same as it always was--quiet, orderly, and peaceful. Her intention had been to curl up in one of the chairs and lose herself in a book, but considering the state of the place, that didn't...really seem possible right now.

Noting that a number of other students were lingering about, many of whom looked just as confused as she did, the baku slid up to the closest familiar student--West--and gave him a light tap on the shoulder. She offered him a wave and a faint smile in greeting before confusion spread over her features.

"What's going on?" She spoke in a whisper, her pink eyes darting from the demon boil to the...er, disaster that was happening around them. When her gaze fell on Hayden, her frown only grew, brows creasing in confusion as she watched the purple-haired man toss aside a number of books. "...What is he doing?"

The library was not a place Shun would typically find himself. But, he was wondering if he could pick up an audio book for Mitsu and himself to listen to, perhaps. Go figure that the one time he actually enters the place that something seemed to be going down.

The librarian looked a little distressed, and it sounded like he needed help looking for books.

Blinking, he stepped in next to Xiu all of the sudden and shrugged.

"Searching, from the looks of things."

Remi just happened to be in the right place at the right time. He usually did not grace the library with his presence... but this time, the fox actually had a REASON to be here.

Red had sent him on a mission to get some manuals about minipets. He grinned to himself about that, looking down once more at the badge he just obtained.

"...Whats going on?" He asked idly, looking around. He caught sight of a few familiar faces.
