Biography: Caraway's story is unknown. A wanderer, he has yet to find somebody worth revealing his history to.

She lives in a cave in the mountains, and is seldom found on the ground elsewhere. She's a loner, and doesn't trust easily. Not many have stumbled upon this solemn mare.

Biography: Dichali's a pretty broken stallion, though he would never show it. His basket was found on mother's day, by a mare whose children had yet to grow strong enough to leave their baskets. It had been quite some time since she'd given birth, and Midori was growing worried something may be wrong. Her heart ached, and when she found Dichali's basket wiggling by itself in the bushes, she couldn't resist dragging it home. It wasn't long until the basket popped, and not long after that, Midori's own joined the flutter colt. Because of this, the mare often called him her, "little glimmer of hope." She nearly named him Glimmer, but feared it too feminine, and chose to accentuate his talkative nature instead.
Dichali was raised alongside Midori's other children, and considered himself one of her own, although the mare never lied about where he had come from. She was as close to home for him as he could imagine, and he decided that the love she showed for him would be shown by him just as equally to any he'd meet.
As a young stallion, Dichali encountered his first love. Although she was both kind and attractive, it was Faer's beautiful blue eyes that he remembered most. They would rendezvous often in the place they had met, and it didn't take long for Dichali to fall hard for the young wind. But seemingly as soon as their tryst had begun, the mare disappeared. The stallion thought of the mare night and day, going to their meeting place to wait for her, but eventually even young love grows weary, and he gave up.
A basket showed up at Midori's teepee which looked eerily similar to himself, and without a thought, he'd decided it must've been a sibling. He'd figured his parents had deserted him, and they must have seen how much Midori loved him and decided to leave another with her. With Midori's help, Dichali raised the child as his own, but as Midori had, he gave no illusion to what he'd speculated had happened. Magaskawee became his world.
When Mags had become old enough to fend for herself, she met a strange stallion. He seemed oddly familiar, and she followed him in silence. Dichali had been watching over the young mare, and was amazed at what she had found. After a very awkward run-in with Faer, the truth was revealed. Magaskawee was disgusted by her father's ignorance to the situation and ran off. Faer had found someone else. Having lost two of the three mares he'd loved dearly, he turned to the third for advice. She suggested he go out and meet new Soquili, as dwelling would only shatter his heart further.
So, met others he did. He especially enjoyed the company of mares he'd found along the way. Dichali broke few hearts, being completely honest about his intentions when the opportunity arose. While the company dulled the pain, there was always a small ache in his being, and guilt after the deed was done. He had befriended a flutter mare by the name of Kit 'N' Kaboodle, and would meet with her on occasion. It wasn't long before her belly swelled and the consequence of their "friendship" became apparent. He was determined to do right by these children, and stayed with the mare until they'd grown. He and the mare stayed friends.
Eventually, Dichali grew tired of random flings. He wanted something meaningful and worth-while. But, you cant have it all. Instead of love, he found an ally. The mare wanted a family, and he couldn't resist. Stormfall was lovely and mysterious, and he didn't know how to say no. After quite some time, the mare was with child, and after the offspring had grown, the two parted ways.
Now, the stallion stays mostly at the teepee, thinking about what he could have done in his younger years.

Biography: Cooper came from a herd in the desert. It's very much tight-knit, and also very strict. However, once the youngest are old enough, they are sent from the herd to venture forth and find new blood; mates. It's nearly unheard of for members of the herd to just not return. For some, they're back within months, others years. With or without a significant other. As long as they've at least tried, they're accepted with open hooves.
Cooper is a fairly young stallion. His parents kept him longer than they should have, but let him venture forth eventually. He's been away from the herd for about a year now, and he's yet to find a mate. But he doesn't even care. The thrill of all of the new sights he's seen and adventures he's been on makes everything else unimportant. Even if he were to find a mate, he probably wouldn't go back to his herd. He was teased for his feminine appearance there by his siblings and his peers, and it just wasn't a fun place for him to be. But here? Here, there are trees and grass and rivers and lakes! There are no sand storms, no scorching heat that couldn't be escaped, and everyone seems to be so much more inviting.
Eventually, I would like for him to meet someone he can bring home to visit the folks. I highly doubt he'd stay very long, as he enjoys traveling the world too much.

Looking For: More a partner as opposed to a mate. I've got a feeling he may end up coming out of the closet eventually. XD So should a girl want to be with him forever, she would have to accept that she'd be more like a really close friend who he loves very much, but the intimate stuff past nuzzling would be purely for baby making.
OR! If you've got a boy who's looking, it could work there, too. Only serious inquiries for this, please. If he should get involved with a male, and should it fail, I feel it would wreck him.

Biography: Calla is a very laid back Soquili. He's trusting to a fault, almost always happy, and just couldn't be brought down from his cloud if you tried.
He loves flowers, adores his family, and hasn't met anyone he didn't like. He's fairly feminine in his love for beautiful things, but he does not take a huge amount of pride in his appearance.
Although he has wings, he is missing the second set that allows for full flight. He can fly, just not very high, not very far, and not for an extended period. So if you're looking for a companion for your winged Soquili so they can go on flights together, he's not the best candidate.
Should he mate, he will be very family-oriented, as that's how he was raised. He will not mate and run, nor will he accept it if his partner were to do that to him. Mating is not a matter of fun for this boy.

Biography: Gogol was born to a gypsy-daughter and an adventurer in the Twisted Tunnel. As a foal she was horrified of her tail and of her mother's nightmares. She heard voices and had unexplained fears throughout her childhood, which carried on to her adult life. At one point she recognized the voice as belonging to the little horror connected to her spine and that only made her fear it more. Although as an adult she's leaned toward her grandmother's Roma lifestyle, she still heavily relies on her father's family values.
At this point in her plots, she has not yet acquired her Pungi or her Lantern, so they will not be used in breedings. The Pungi (snake charming flute) is acquire after the first breeding during pregnancy, and the lantern is acquired after her third.

Biography: Cenotaph was born to a caring family, however odd it may be. Although her parents cared for her greatly, and the best way they knew how. Cen never quite felt comfortable with her surroundings. Daddy was big and scary and Mommy had spirits, or perhaps ghouls, surrounding her at all times. As a foal she dreaded waking up, but she was too afraid of the sounds of the night to sleep. Because of this, she would only sleep during the day, when her big brother Hadriel was by her side to protect her.
Growing up, the filly was always in pain. "Haddy, my back hurts," she would whine. The protrusions beginning to lift from her spine seemed to become more and more evident as the days went by until they tore through her skin to reveal a small graveyard.
With the tombstones came a rather unwelcome guest. A being, small and dark, not unlike the ones accompanying Cenotaph's mother, began to lurk among the stones. She didn't know where it had come from, but it seemed to have come from within her, just as the graveyard had. In an instant it would find its way to one of the openings in her hide and crawl beneath her skin. The wretched thing twisted her face with pain and its words sent sharp pleas screeching from her lips as tears rolled down her face.
Because of this, Cenotaph is mostly a solitary creature. Her heart of gold never gets to show through and her hefty pride would never allow her to ask for help. It seems as if she'll forever be a tormented soul.

I just love Calla! He's so gorgeous and his personality is adorable! I'm not sure if you'd be interested in her or not, but I'd love to toss Alarion your way to see how the two mesh? She's a shy girl upon first meeting but has spunk and sass to her. But overall she's a very sweet mare and can relate to Calla's love of family. She only has her father and is very close to him. She respects any other soquili that have a close bond with their family as well ^^;;
... She also is a horrible flyer |D;
