The world has changed
Long gone are the days of the norm, where families were raised, kids tried to avoid school, and finding a job was the main thing on one's mind. Demon's walk the earth, and they rule it with a bloodied fist.

The survivors have banded together, gone into hiding. Relentlessly hunted, the only thing they can do, is become the hunter. There are those in the group, who have taken them upon themselves to learn what they can of the demon's magic. Take what makes them strong, and weaponize it. So they have fought, they have survived, and will continue to struggle to reclaim the life that was once theirs.

Our story begins, in the ruined city of Trinity, where the demons hold over humanity is at it's weakest. Where the hunters have a fighting chance. It is here, that the girl with snow white wings would appear, and everything would change.

About the Roleplay

Welcome all, to a fantasy rp by yours truly. It's a post apocalyptic type rp, where demons have all but won control of the earth. The only hope, lies in a resistance, Hunters if you will. They will fight for their home back, and their journey is sure to take them into the darkest pits of hell. Only thing you have to decide, is what you will do when an angel falls to earth, and wonder why they haven't come sooner? Let the battle begin.

2. I welcome side stories anyone might want to bring into play, but the main story always comes first so, pm before you try to change events please.

5. This is a fantasy rp, so powerful characters are bound to show up. But lets keep it reasonable, no one is invincible.

Rules on Demon Magic

Alright so, the main resource of the hunter is dark magic, basically copied from demons. Though of course, to a much lesser degree. Magic is obtained from using demonic seals and runes, which can be carved into objects for a permanent effect. ( such as weapons or pieces of armor/clothing, etc. )

More advanced and powerful magic requires demon blood, but as a trade off has some painful and sometimes lethal side effects on a human with prolong exposure. For the most part, what magic you want to get from hell's minions is up to you, so be creative.

Gaianame: Anonymous-twilight
Name: Jack
Age: 20
Weapons: A cross chained around his wrist can be used to channel magic.
Abilities: He can channel holy magic from the angel.
Appearance: [x]
Bio: Jack's past is as much a mystery to him as to anyone else. Bits and pieces of it he remembers. At one time he had a family, at some point they just disappeared. Probably killed by a demon. Then there was a flash of light, and now he's followed by some girl with wings who claims that they are bound by souls. The boy couldn't care less, just wanting to get away from her and survive for as long as he can. Anyway he can. They do agree on one thing however, to wear the magical cross for defense. As for the hunters that are always around, he could care even less about their cause.

Weapons: Weaponry made from light energy
Abilities: Flight, light/holy magic
Appearance:
Bio: An angel that was exiled to Earth. When she arrived there, her powers were taken away, left to die and suffer. On the brink of death, she stumbled upon a boy and needed his help to live. She bounded their souls together and now she has no choice but to stay by his side no matter how much they both don't want to be.

Name: Yin Jules
Age: 25
Weapons: Large great sword is her main weapon, she has a few small throwing knifes attached to her legs and one dagger attached at her hip. Her blade is about as big as she is, and doesn't not break under piercing damage (blunt force can disrupt the flow of it's magic and cause further issues in the long run which will require repair.)
Abilities: Massive strength and speed that come from her blade, she's very hardy with the ability to take and give a hit. Her strength and speed come from the runes along her blade and some pieces of her armor.
Appearance:

Bio: She walked along the demonic controlled world with her family, her father secretly in a resistance and under cover for the sake of their family. She lived in fear as a young girl, but dug deeper to live in the world her father lived in. She wanted to do what she could to protect her mother and sister. Far out in the areas some would call 'The Bad Lands' she was on a scavenge. She crossed an angel herself at a young age, a broken angel and in secret Yin nursed the angel. She had hopes with his appearance, she wanted to ask him everything, but it seemed he was quick on the move with a mission in his mind. He claimed he was hear to help and Yin agreed to assist him. In the end it involved a demonic war within the old city. The Angel was fallen, on it's path to becoming a demon among others. She and her father were able to flee, she didn't tell him of what went between her and the demon and buried the mistake with in her. They made their way to a new city by the time she was twenty, a new resistance that they've found as outsiders. Slowly they worked their way in, and help with the cause. Her father passed away two years ago of illness. Now that another Angel has submerged, one with brighter wings than she's ever seen, she finds herself conflicted and very non-trusting. She will do what she can to protect her people, and not let this one see destroyed.

Abilities:Bow can summon an endless supply of light arrows when drawn. Fast, Highly agile and quite adept and getting to places he doesn't belong.
Appearance:
Bio: Once a member of one of the few remaining orders of priests that was left in the world Taihel left feeling that while there cause was just there methods were not to his liking. Upon his leaving tho he took one of there great treasures a bow crafted and infused with holy energy. Needless to say the order was not happy tho in this world there was little they could do. Tai tho went wandering and was soon found and recruited by a group calling themselves Demon Hunters. It's a quaint group and much more to his liking as they fight in the name of the light to rid the world of the demons rather then simply praying about it in some monastery.

Name: Rose
Age: 17
Weapons: A scythe, engraved with glowing purple markings.
Abilities: As far as anyone can tell, she's fast, she's strong, and her scythe can cut through any normal man made material, as well as some demon craft.
Appearance:Death
Bio: Not much is known about Rose. She isn't part of any group, nor has she displayed any interest in joining any. She wanders the ruined lands of the world, slaying demons and people alike. Though her favorite 'playthings' are the demon hunters. Sometimes she attacks them, sometimes she helps them, but each time, she declares herself as death incarnate. More then anything, she loves her tea.

Demons of Sin

While the main forces of hell resemble beastly creatures, the strongest in the ranks take on human like forms. They are the Demons of Sin, 7 in total. Each hold great power and are feared.

Name: Wrath
Power: Mastery over Fire, an expert at hand to hand combat.
Bio: Wrath is the most known of the seven, and that's generally because he's the loudest. Always the first into battle, always the first to ruin a simple operation. He wants nothing more then to watch the world burn, and everyone in it.

Name: Sloth
Power: Control over speed, both her's and those within her sight
Bio: The laziest of the seven, Sloth would much rather just stay in hell where it's warm and she can nap all day. But when one can get her up to fight, she wreaks havoc on the battlefield. Despite the name, she can be the one of the fastest beings in the world, given that her power is to slow everyone else down.

Power: Mastery over shadows
Bio: The strongest of the seven, and it is well known he is not even a natural demon. Many have claimed that Pride is a fallen angel, though there is no proof to this other then the blood stained wings on his back. His face is hidden behind a skull mask, though he has revealed his face on rare occasions to those he deems worthy, before their death.

His heart was racing, threatening to explode out of his chest. His legs screamed in protest as he tried to run faster, push his body harder. He could hear them behind him, and he didn't know where Snow had disappeared to. Around a corner, and then he launched himself over a pile of rubble and into a hole. Pressing his back to the stone, he listened as thee creatures approached. Walking on all fours, scales a bloody red and black horns like a bull, three demons approached. Searching for their meal.

The difference between the good guys and the bad guys

"Blarg what a pain what a pain nothing with any substance so far" a voice whined walking slowly thru the area of demonic taint. So far the day had started with nothing but demon dogs attacking. Fast, agile but incredibly weak they were an annoyance more then a threat. "When am I gonna get to fight something a bit bigger" he complained. Being new to the hunters he wasn't quick to be assigned anything that would pose a real challenge. "Lord please let me find something atleast a little bigger then these minor whelps" he muttered.

"Hmm maybe if I splash a little holy water over the area that will piss off a few of the big guys.......No if I do that I might get more then I asked for" he muttered lifting his bow to his face and biting on the curve of it. A habit that he had when he was bored mostly. "What to do what to do" he muttered as he stopped. A fresh smell hit in nose as he turned his nose up. Rotting flesh and brimstone. "That's not residue" he muttered starting to look around. He had gone quite a bit off his security round in his mental debate. "Whoops" Tai muttered looking around tho as he got himself lower to the ground. The smell meant something was close tho what he wasn't sure as he tried to listen around him.

Is whether they use a human shield or make themselves one.

Yin

She was awake for the the night along the group's encampment, an old city in ruins that was abandoned long ago and cleared their way for them. They could settle, they could hide, they could carry more than their two hands every could. She was on top of an old building keeping watch, not that it was her job to keep watch for the night, but like some others she never slept well. She often would go two days without sleeping, the idea of willing being unconscious was frightening with such things roaming out there. Some people that did sleep easy, she didn't understand, but maybe they trusted their safety among their comrades. It didn't matter, here the demonic eyes held blind eyes as far as they were concerned. Her hand around the hilt of the blade, she propped it up to her side as she stood to her feet. The sun was already risen, and it was another day. There were some scavengers heading out today, Yin was still deciding to join them or embark to a different area to cover more ground. Her eyes wandered the lands beyond their normal walls.

Snow flew over the area, scanning for where the boy could have went. She stopped in midair when she spotted the three demons and Jack hiding behind some rubble. She made a bow out of holy magic and aimed it at the three creatures, shooting at each of them, hoping to kill them or at least get their attention away from the boy.

Yin

It was pretty easily seen in the distance, the sheer cuts of light that flew down from the sky and she looked down to where to. "Hmm...red dogs." figuring the usual as she leapt from the building to the wall, a bit of it crumbling beneath her feet thanks to her weight, then leaping down and charging in that direction to check it out. With her approach there was some hunters already on alert. She had a strong grip on her hilt, dragging back behind her as she held it at an angle so it wouldn't slow her down any. She was moving at quick pace, barely kicking up dirt like some would expect. "Whatever it is, can't have em' sniff around." thinking to herself, always with little assurance in preparation to what she may face, she believed by now she was strong enough to beat down most of the runt creatures around here.

The first arrow went through the skull of the first demon, and it dropped instantly. The second arrow only grazed the next demon, with the third demon given enough time to take notice of the situation and run out of the way, turning it's attention to the angel flying overhead.

Jack rose up from his hiding spot, cross glowing around his wrist. He held his hand out and took aim, firing a small white sphere that slammed into the closest demon's head and exploded on impact, causing the creature to howl out in pain. The boy took this time to climb out of the hole and start running again, climbing up onto a run down bus.

"Already started" Tai complained hearing the roars of the demon dogs as they were cut down he stood pulling the string back on his bow as a flash of light formed itself into an arrow as he ran towards the noise. He wasn't far off since he had detoured from his route and arrived just as the second demon dog was being cut down by a orb of light.

Not taking to long to gawk Taihel pulled his bow up aiming at the first still living demon dog that he found and unleashed his arrow towards it's side before notching back another arrow a few seconds after the first one had left the bow. He didn't watch if the first arrow had hit it's mark as he scanned for the next demon dog that had been hit by the orb of light. It hadn't been killed and he let loose his second arrow towards the creatures side.

Jack stood in shock as a new set of light arrows struck the remaining demons, ending their lives. At first he was worried, had another angel shown up to plague his existence? But on investigation he saw it was just a man with a really fancy bow...a very elaborate bow that was glowing. Not your typical hunter weaponry. Still, he looked just as human as anyone else. "Um..Thanks?" His eye's didn't leave the bow, incase the hunter decided to turn it on him.

Snow saw someone coming and decided to let them handle the rest as she chased after Jack. The least he could do was stand and fight instead of running away. She met him at the bus and had her arms crossed. "You could have waited for me." She said. She then turned around to the newcomer and stood a bit behind Jack. She wasn't sure how he'll react.

"Aww that was all of them" Tai muttered looking around as he kept his fingers on the string of his bow. It wasn't until he finished scanning the area that he finally looked at the target of the demon dogs. "Huh...." was all the man said as he looked Jack over for a moment. "You gonna eat that" Tai asked suddenly pointing at the demon dog a few feet away from Jack. He didn't really plan to eat the creature it was meant more as an ice breaker. Awkward silences just weren't his thing and this one seemed to be more then just a little bit.

Not letting him answer tho Tai started to fish around in his pockets. Where had he put that stuff at it was bound be to around there somewhere. "Ahaaaah." Pulling a single vial of something from his pocket Tai hopped over the terrain towards the closer of the demon creatures. "So then what brings you out thru hell" Tai called as he kneeled down by the first of the three creatures the one that had been killed with an arrow to the brain. Looking up as he was about to sprinkle the water on the carcass Tai stopped what he was gonna say as he looked at the sudden arrival next to Jack. "Ohhh if only I had a camera to rub it in there smug old faces" he muttered staring at Snow the angel that stood next to the Jack.
