Ibara was a very confident male. He had burst into the academy thinking he was the best thing since sliced bread but has since dulled it back considerably. During the genin exams he discovered his role on the team, he was to be their eyes and their doctor. Healing wounds, cuts, scrapes, burns, etc. Finding enemies was his specialty he knew where people were without even having to look for them, he was a sensor in every sense of the word and touted as a prodigy. This didn't displease Ibara at all, actually it made him even more confident in himself. He wasn't cocky confident it was the kind of confidence that rubbed off on other people. A bravery, a type of rallying trait that made him respected by his peers although he was a genin. His team was the class of their class and had to fight every day to keep it that way.
Genin life:
As a Genin Ibara found himself in the academy quite a bit learning his clan's abilities but a trip to the Hokage's office sent him down a course that would later create a story line that would continue through most of his shinobi life. A chuunin had defected from the village and the Hokage (Masaru Uchiha) sent the young man to go find her and bring her back, kill her if he had to. Things did not go as planned and later he and the team mate that the Hokage had sent him with were recalled having partially failed their mission due to extrodinary circumstances, although failing the mission the Hokage saw fit to promote Ibara to the rank of chuunin.
Chuunin life: After his promotion to chuunin Ibara returned to his shop to tell his father all about his promotion. The promotion prompted his father to give Ibara a pair of earrings that all Yamanaka recieved upon promotion to the rank of Chuunin. This was also a time when Ibara was disappointed but recieved a cryptic message from the Hokage himself. The message was this. "As for your request to join the ranks of ANBU that is denied, I have greater plans for you, one that will bring even greater honor." this puzzled Ibara and disappointed him sorely but accepted it as it was. Little did he know...
Jounin life: After countless hours at the Hokage's side and lots of stories being heard of other shinobi Ibara finally gained enough reputation to be promoted to the rank of Jounin. It was a great moment for Ibara that had been spoiled moments later as an explosion ripped through the day. The village was under attack, again! Having his celebration cut short Ibara immediately made his way to the gates where he found he was of no use and only put others in danger so he left to train some more useful jutsu. After doing so he went to the monument to make sure the villagers were safe and found the Hokage standing on the monument, returning to the Hokage's side he was shocked when the hokage was slain right in front of Ibara. That was when the cryptic message he recieved as a Chuunin's true meaning was revealed. The Hokage with his dying breath promoted Ibara to the rank of Hokage.
Life as a Hokage... So far. Ibara as hokage had it tough in the beginning, with the Kyuubi rampaging in the town and a bunch of lower ranking shinobi he did not have many options, luckily for him the Kyuubi went away on its own leaving a nasty parting gift. The tidal wave that was created when the kyuubi departed was halted by a quick thinking Shouton user. The crystal dam that was created saved the village and outlying areas from the attack. During the waning moments of the kyuubi attack a billion spores wafted down on the village soaking up the kyuubi's chakra. Noticing a very large man who appeared to be casting the jutsu Ibara made his way to him. He happened to be on the outskirts of the village. To his shock he found the Kazekage and her trusted advisor outside the village. Ibara spoke with them with little success in creating a treaty between the two villages a goal he would not give up on. After that was dealt with the village became under attack again by mysterious assailants who left no messages and had vanished after two of their squads were thwarted in quick succession. Meanwhile Ibara was ever training and becoming used to the job.
After a while as Hokage the position grew on him, he became used to the personalities that comprised his corps of shinobi and how to handle each of them. The shinobi around him grew rapidly and are ever growing, the next chapter began when he decided to test one of his medical-nin by requesting he implant a sharingan into him. This process was extremely painful and Ibara beared it like a champion coming out of it with a new set of eyes and new outlook on life, his passion his goal was to protect the village no matter the cost. Knowing he lacked in firepower the implant would suffice to make up for that short coming. After he realized the process would take some time to fulfill itself Ibara sent one of his most trusted shinobi, Ryoku to retrive a man he had met earlier in his life as a shinobi to help speed along this process.

A genjutsu prodigy, Koan was sadistic, manipulative, and obsessed with power. She is a very skilled strategist though harbors deep mental instabilities, believing her mother loved Miki more than her. Raised by her father in an environment without a mother-figure, Koan had to be nothing less than perfect in her father's eyes. She relentlessly drilles herself toward perfection and settles for nothing less from herself or those who serve her. She believes that power and domination are what makes a person strong. She has absolute confidence in her "divine right to rule" which she believes she was born with. She has neither pity nor mercy toward those she marks as treasonous or inferior. As one who wants nothing less than absolute control, she likewise has remarkable control of herself, seemingly always able to react to any situation at a moment's notice, never losing her composure. Though more often than not she uses her harsh mentality as a way to cover and hid the one thing she truly wants more than power.... With her father being the only person to truly teach her over time she has become much like him even though she wishes she couldn't and doesn't understand why she feels the way she feels sometimes.
Act Two: Having spent some time without her fathers interfering Koan has started coming into her own. She now honors her mother over her father as she dedicates herself to becoming a force of "good" as apposed to her father in an attempt to bring honor and pride back to the Uchiha and her family in particular. While she discovers there is much more to life than her father had let on she still remembers his teachings about people and freedom. These lessons will always be a part of her and are the predominate driving force behind her mistrust of those she doesnt personally know. She still retrains her desire to be perfect though its much less pronounced then before simply being a preference than a driving force. With her first experience of combat she was provided a chance to test her combat theories and tactics allowing her to adjust them accordingly. Her changes in personality have been largely effected by her sensei Mashi, and his teachings. Having attained the rank of jounin she no longer views others as pawns but instead precious friends to defend, dedicating herself to the preservation of life though not hesitating to take a life if forced to do so. While she is still far from where she wants to be she is very much a "work in progress."

--- The Honor of A Mother --- With the well known death of her father Koan has set herself on a quest of self discovery in an attempt to find out who she really is. Instead of viewing the fact that she was alone, having everyone directly related to her by blood being killed, as a curse she now honors their memories in her own way. While she honors her mother more than others on this quest, due large in part to her physical similarities, with her mother she still keeps everyone in her heart. While on this quest she plans to make several trips outside the village, first to the land of her birth Kumogakure, then to Kirigakure the land her father had ventured to several times for unknown reasons then finally to Sunagakure, as Kein was rumored to have several allies there. It is here that she hopes to learn the most about who he was before he fell to insanity. Simply put Jae is a very difficult person to befriend. She can be a little intimidating for starters. Not a lot of people know how to handle her various moods. One moment Jae is a whirlwind of the typical chattery female persona. She is girly and perky which tends to annoy those who are around her at times. The next she could be the silent reserved type. A total contrast. Dont read too much into it, Jae is most likely doing it to grate against your nerves. She is a total fox face, no one will ever really know what type of girl she is unless you make it into her personal circle. Jae has her own problems and because of it, it has left her a little jilted when it comes to properly conveying herself. She cannot express her feelings like others can and at times this can really lead her into brick walls. In order to set a sort of people buffer to fix the problem, she will smile away despite what she is really thinking. Treating life as one big joke, she would rather spend her time playing and farting around, except when it comes to one particular goal she has set for herself. When cornered Jae can hold her own with nasty verbal barbs. It is on very rare occasions when she ever resorts to being a bully but she will if she must. Although she can act like the friendliest person ever she is far from it. Behind her smiles she is cold blooded, something pounded into her due to her clan's peculiar art. At one moment she can see you as a friend and defend you with her life but clan alliance has its ultimate hold on her and in that split second can make you her enemy. Those same smiles may be used to escort you to the place beyond.
History:
◤ Chapter One Growing up with that peculiar bloodline of hers, Jae was not really allowed to to blossom into a typical Kunoichi girl. Instead she was shaped was spurred on by one determinate factor. Jae's mother was a Saiketsu. One who held great respect in the clan. Unfortunately her mother coupled with an outsider. A normal man, one who did not possess the qualities of a Saiketsu. It was a taboo in the clan to marry out of it and once her mother became with child she was shunned out of the clan and was banned. It was not easy for her mother to uproot herself as far away from everything familiar but her father was able to provide the void that could not be filled by Jae's own birth. Jae was born a Saiketsu, despite having non of the physical features that depicted one. Jae is determined to seek out all of her clan and to defeat them all in combat to redeem her mother and to allow herself a chance to stand at the head of the clans name. Just because she has blue eyes instead of red or pink hair instead of white does not make her void to the clan.
◤ Chapter Two Unfortunately Jae encountered a little bit of a rough patch in her life shortly after going on a rescue mission with her Yukikages life on the line. Upon completion and success of the mission she was left with a bitter after taste and sought answers from Crisis, the Yukikage at the time. Things got heated and Jae ended up stubbornly leaving the village, her childlike anger getting the best of her. Running away to another village was her only option and fortunately for her she ran to Leaf who was on friendly terms with Snow thanks to the treaties. Jae is going through her rebellious stage now and has become a little bitter towards higher authority. Homesick and lonely she diverts her attention to training and growing in strength. At the same time, Jae's bloodline is finally active, the fire building in her veins is enough indication that she is prime for it's use.
◤ Chapter Three It was hard, to say the least, to transition from one village to another. Snow and Leaf could not have been more different from each other and because of that she was unable to get used to the climate at first. Slowly, with the help of a few of her peers she was able to find a sort of groove for herself. She trained just as hard and she fought the way she trained. Jae felt she was well on her way to reaching the point where she wanted to be at. Things were getting better for her, until she heard that a few Yuki shinobi were visiting Konoha. This really dampened Jae's mood and for fear of losing everything she had just dug out for herself she tried to erase her memories of the white powdered place she had grown up in. Shigeru and Ayaki came and with it came their resolution to try and convince Jae that she was one of them, a Yukigakure Shinobi. Jae tried very hard to keep her memory bound from remembering but it was ultimately Ayaki's death that woke her form her dream. It was Shigeru and Jae's fault that Ayaki had even gotten in that position and it's something that Jae is beating herself up with on a daily. Her beliefs and motivations have switched. She wants nothing more than to pay back Ayaki's life with her own and with Shigeru's life. Her logic has become slightly twisted in this aspect but none the less Jae is even more determined to get to a higher level.
◤ Chapter Four Excepting Ayaki's death as having been her responsibility it was very hard for Jae to just return to her ignorant life in Konoha. She was back to square one and had trouble adjusting. The Hokage at the time helped her to heal by assigning her missions and irritatingly enough, assigning her a teacher to help aid her in her path to Chunin. It was hard to accept Noctis as her teacher. In fact, she rejected it with every fiber of her being but she began to slowly build trust with him as they traveled together. She began to toy around with the idea of opening up to him, allowing a person into her wall for the first time but.. Things took a turn for the worst when she discovered he had dug into her past. She couldn't trust him after that and always kept her guard up. However her time spent with him was not for naught. She had learned more about herself than ever before and eased back into her life in Konoha. So much so that she developed a strange relationship with Noctis, stranger still when he was set as the next Hokage. She tried to confess her confused feelings but was promptly shut down and since then Jae has made sure to never let herself travel down that road again.
◤ Chapter Five The years have gone by and with a few joys and a few tragedies. Finally Konoha felt more like home and less like a temporary crashing pad. The sad things happened in threes. Jae's village was utterly destroyed. Yukigakure was torn from the inside out, much to Jae's dismay. Secondly, her father was a victim of that tragedy. Third, her mother fell into a destructive depression. It was a harsh couple of years for Jae. She did a lot of growing up in that time. With no one to lean on and her mothers life in her hands she had to take a break from her life as a shinobi. On the flip side she made friends with a boy named Samuru and he was able to help her even out her mother. Jae is now determined to help him through whatever trials he might come to face. She has also fixated on becoming the strongest Kunoichi in the village, something that is not far from her grasp. She isn't sure what she will have to sacrifice for that but she will face it when she gets there.

Clones made by this technique are also able to deceive Byakugan users because of the reflective nature of the clone. However by focusing their sight, this can be circumvented. After creating the Jade Crystal Mirror, up to three clones can step out of it. They are treated as full clones of the user in terms of strength, but have the defense of Shōton crystal. Depending on the amount of chakra used, the user can create crystals with the same limitations as their clan, or create it from thin air, but crystals created this way take twice as much chakra and are half as strong, requiring only one rank weaker to break it. Creating crystals from thin air takes some time, however, and thus must be done in secret or it would be obvious. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the Shinobi focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. My history? Why would anyone want to know such things, when it is clearly mine and mine alone to know or remember? Bah, but I suppose that should I die, such knowledge could prove useful, and perhaps bring change to a world long gone dark and cold from the evil within it.
My oldest memory comes from the days shortly after my birth. Is this odd, to remember before memory was supposed to have existed? Before the brain was to have developed into the receptacle of knowledge, experience, and the pain that both bring that it is now? Well, I suppose it matters not, for it simply was another facet of life for me. I remember the love my mother and father gave us, growing up in the plantation out on the farther borders of the Land of Fire. Were we rich? Yes, I suppose we were, though at the time I was too small to consider what it meant to have food on the table every day, to have all our desires met within minutes of demanding them. I remember all of our workers loved us, loved our family, for we fed and housed their families on the great chunk of land that belonged to us.
I remember us being...happy. Is it odd that I cannot remember what it felt like, nor liken it to anything I have felt since? Perhaps I should ask Rei, as she is the more emotional of the two of us. My sister and I, twins, had our own language and communication methods and thus were always inseparable, so maybe the happiness came from her being with me? Who knew. Either way, we were happy, but that all changed when we hit puberty. You see, my sister and I were "early bloomers", as it was put in those days, and we reached our womanhood at the tender age of ten [10]. But with that blooming came something else, a power that we had not known existed. Somehow, my sister gained the ability to grow her bones, to replace those that she had accidentally broken or snapped out. As adventurous a child as she was, that came frequently. However, with it came a tolerance for pain I could not match. My sister knew, instinctively I suspect, that it would be wrong to show these powers to anyone. I only wish now that I had had that instinct, for I gained something else. I could reach into the physical world and change its structure, forcing it into something else, something...pink, blue, green, red, and a myriad of other colors: Crystal. I could change anything into crystal, and that included anything with blood within their veins. We were harmless however, and did not use our newfound abilities to harm anyone, or anything.
Yet when our parents one day came home and discovered us showing each other what we had learned to do with our powers, it wasn't happiness that registered in their expressions. Instead it was disgust, hatred, and terror. I, at the age of eleven [11], handed a crystal flower to my mother to make her smile, but she did not take it, nor did she smile. I, as the younger of the two of us, was dismissed for the moment. My sister was the one in charge, the one held responsible for my actions, and it was she whom was focused on. My father immediately struck her face, knocking her to the ground, demanding to know who had shown her such things. When she wailed instead of answering, my father kicked her in the head, hard. Blood sprayed out from a wound that had been left by his hard boot. I remember the cracking noise as his second kick connected, the screams as my sister begged for mercy, wailed and shrieked to know what she had done to deserve this. Both of us had never been punished, never seen punishment bestowed on another living creature, so we could not cope at all with these actions. We could not cope with the shock, with the pain. I watched as my sister was brutally beaten, but then my own vision swam as my mother took a vase from a wall and shattered it across my skull, demanding to know where her daughter was, who I, a monster, was. I screamed that it was me, begged her to stop, but she continued. All went black a moment later, the continued wails of my sister still echoing within my skull.
She always was difficult to put down.
We woke what seemed years later, but what was obviously only hours. We were locked in the cellar midst broken bottles and refuse, and I knew without a doubt we were going to die. But no, that was not their goal. Our parents had gone mad, believing us to be changelings, monsters from Kirigakure no Sato that had followed them and tried to end their lives. I will not retell the horrors that were inflicted upon us as we, barely more than eleven, were tortured in ways that would break full grown, fully realized shinobi. What I do remember is the final day, the day they decided my sister was the changeling, and that she had corrupted me. They decided that I was to be the breaking point for her answers, that I was to die in agony so that she would speak. They pinned me to a wall, arms strung up behind me, arms rotated so that the weight alone would soon dislocate my arms, and pressed a knife to my throat. I remember my sister's eyes as she awoke in the darkness and saw me, our eyes having adjusted in the weeks of the cellar. I remember my parents grinning, evil, horrid grins, knowing they had won.
Or rather, they assumed.
The next instant my sister exploded into action. Her pupils shrank to points, nearly making them completely white. Her body quaked, the air whistling in the room in ways that defied reality. Dust swirled and formed in the wind, formed around her into the hazy outline of some mystical beast. She screamed-no, she roared, and her bonds broke as bones protruded from her body, slicing apart her chains and bonds. She rushed my parents and leaped upon them, and tore into them as they in turn screamed for mercy. At first I was horrified. I knew my parents were monsters, and could not understand nor comprehend their evil actions, but witnessing her sister do this? Become the beast? Yet she could not blame herself as her voice, cracked from long being parched, egging her sister on, demanding she tear them apart, disembowel them, feast on their flesh, make them be the ones this time who suffered!
It seemed like hours passed before I awoke again, not realizing I had blacked out. I was on the floor, my bare skin against the cold stone earth, with something sticky covering most of me. When I opened my eyes I saw my mirror, my twin sister, Rei, above me. I realized I was in her lap, my head between her legs, while my body and her's were within a massive cascade of blood. Everything was covered in what had been my parents.
We escaped that same day, fleeing from our homes. I suspect the people of the plantation knew of what had happened, but could do nothing to stop our parents. I could not blame them, nor was I angry, for they left us to flee in peace. I learned later that my sister had changed forever, turned dark and maniacle, twisted by our experience, and she had no memory of what had happened in the last year. Nothing at all. We went to Konohagakure then, seeking asylum, and the Hokage at that time showed us clemency. He took us in and helped us, set us up with shelter and feed. We repaid it by training to become shinobi, working ourselves into oblivion to lash away our hidden past, for none we told of what happened, other than that we were escorted into the village by the Hokage himself, us covered in gore.
But I did not escape this unscathed, no. I too was damaged. Gone was the young, happy girl who trusted all and loved all. Gone was she who saw the world as light and clouds. No, she had died, tortured into nonexistence, and in her place was the new Shouka. She had a knew goal, to find out what had happened with her parents, those monsters, and what had caused their evil. Blaming Kirigakure no Sato, that was what she lived for. That was her new goal.
And I have no regrets.

He wasn't every good in class and it took him a while to finally pass at the age of 12. At this point he decided to train with his father for a few years. Around the age of 15 his mother decided to help him train in some medical exercises as it is an extremely versatile field. So, she would bring him to the hospital with her and she would teach him how to deal with burns and other things without using techniques as it is good to know how to do it without techniques. After, he had learned as much as he could from his mother and father they decided that it was time for him to officially be put back into the ninja system to do his part in the world.

There was no real explanation for this but he had very close friends whom he stayed with constantly. His carefree attitude developed from the pressures of being an Uchiha. From an early age he was being compared to a prodigy but the pushing was what gave him his laid back demeanor. Being in Konoha really takes back form Logi's drive, he seems to be just content with being decent. In all actuality he just wants his clan to let him progress how he wants to. He realizes that he loves power and seeks it but he lacks a killer instinct to use it for anything but good. He dreams about becoming the Hokage or a hero of his village.

She swings from indifferent to violent in behavior, and there is often little more than a short fuse between the two. Psychopaths are described as people without a conscience, amoral and deceitful, and lacking the ability to tell right from wrong. This is true in every way except toward her younger twin sister, Shouka. In fact, she seems like an entirely different person, behaving more like a small child than someone bent on destruction. She is always fighting to find a way to please her sister, and she will often have lapses where she begins to act like her old self, before she lost her mind.
The fact that she is easily bored does not go well with her tendency toward aggressiveness and recklessness. She will sooner act than think about what she is doing, often charging head-on into danger. What is worse is that she feels no guilt toward her poor treatment of others, and she shows no strong emotions. Socially maladjusted, she fails to conform to social norms and justifies what she does as the norm.
However, initial opinions of her are usually good. She seems like simply a very extroverted personality...until they get to know her. She resents authority and will usually only listen to her sister. This is from her fear that her sister will find her useless and leave her, taking what little sanity she had with her.

-----It's... hard to explain. Imagine walking through a house at night. You know where you are very well, but you can't help the feeling that something is there in the darkness with you. Like if you open your eyes there will be a monster waiting to deliver your soul. That's what I see whenever I look back, and it scares me. Every time I try, I turn around and run, crying for the parents I seem to no longer have.
-----So I gave up trying.
-----How does one explain insanity? I know perfectly well I'm messed up in the head, but that knowledge doesn't seem to make it to my external self. No matter how much I scream, I never seem to hear. I know the things I do are wrong, but I can't do anything about it.
-----Anyway, what little I do remember about my past is clear. I was born the older sister in a pair of twins, and we were raised on a plantation on the outskirts of the Fire Country, well cared for and all that. We were spoiled children, but we were happy. Our parents were kind and gentle to even the servants there. Along with that, my sister and I were inseparable. Sure, there were a few other kids who lived on our lands, but each other was all we really had.
-----Life went pretty flawlessly until we were ten. That was when we discovered that we had strange abilities. My sister could make crystal out of thin air. I, on the other hand, could make bones sprout from my body. I had always been a bit of a klutz, but I was adventurous, and it led to many a war wound. Yet, I had never broken a bone. It was then that I began to realize why. However, instinct, I think, told me that these powers weren't something to flaunt. In fact, I told my sister not to let anyone know.
-----Normally, she listened to me. This particular time, after our parents returned home, she gave our mother a crystal flower. After that, I... I... I remember anger, and pain... and...
-----The only memory I have after was arriving in a town called Konohagakure. We were covered in blood and other things I didn't want to question. And I had changed. My thoughts no longer reached me.
-----We were escorted into the village by the Hokage at the time personally. He took care of us and cared for us like his own children, though I never returned his sacrifices. He knew we were scarred. My sister and I agreed to become shinobi under him so that we would have a purpose again, and we have trained ever since then. To this day, I still don't know what happened, or why I can't remember apparently a year of my life. All I know is that I haven't seen my sister smile since.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ Masahiro was born among the Hatake during mass unrest, between not only the Hatake and the Konoha village, but between the members of his own clan. His father was not accepted by the head of the clan, while his mother refused to submit to what her elders said. Many threats of being put up for adoption or being murdered for being a b*****d child to the family followed him, something he took personally and quickly to heart. Believing it was his mother‘s poor education that made the family view him in such a light he took quickly to his own education, and majoring in philosophical arts when not in the base curriculum of the Shinobi way. Despite some of his family‘s wishes he did attend the academy within the Konohagakure, and at the age of graduation faced many further grueling tests as he was picked on by other students who were both afraid of his gifts, as well as jealous of his broad knowledge. The years before had lead him to becoming more of an introvert, focusing solely on his own growth, yet when he was paired up with a new team and a new instructor he found the true value of teamwork.
This change in his life would forever mold him into the kind of man he was to become. While still introverted he respected and knew full-well the value of the team, as well as the joys one could find in putting others before themselves. This lead his growth with his team to fever pitches, until the day they each went their separate ways, still to come in contact with each other on a regular basis. He had never, and would never, have forgotten the lessons he learned with them, and soon found himself wanting to pass this kind of growth onto the students in Konohagakure, even to the point of attempting to patch over his clan reputation with the Kage and the village as a whole. Some didn‘t fully accept his new ideals.
Two years into instruction he found himself quickly at ends with other members of the village, some who went as far as to call him out on daily occurrences, for little reason other than some minor slight. Which as it happens, oftentimes never even existed, but served their purpose of challenging a long time rival. Masahiro did his best to overcome this adversity, yet in due time he found himself being struck in a four-way pincer between old school rivalries, and soon was delivered, in short order, to the Konoha medical center. Spending several months in a critical state and overcoming a bout of temporary amnesia he awoke to the world, attempting to rediscover himself, his footsteps, and his loyalties to the Hokage. After several years back to the world he rediscovered who he was, he took the time and presence of self to venture out, striking 3 years of study outside of the village. To learn the ways and control of a true Shinobi, while centering his mind on the two things he had left, Konohagakure and the Tetsu no Ryu Sword Art. He only returned to the village as he found the proper accord for both.
