The original by Chris Issac is very good but somehow does not fit this particular application. Chris is almost exuding a child like innocence in the audio of his version where HIM projects a well worn powerful strength against strength in his.
The video follows the line of a ancient Greek hero against an Olympian goddess, a very good fit for this situation. Australians are as close as the modern world comes to the ancient Greek hero. (Americans are their own Archetype.) Also a dark goddess in opposition fits Arianah quite nicely.
Chris' torrid video? Set in a tropical paradise on a black lava sand beach, where as Arianah lives in Pennsylvania. Not even close to describing the relationship.
Besides I like the baritone backup singers. They are funny.
