I went to a yarn convention last weekend (yes, they're a thing) and got a bunch of really nice, really expensive yarn (including this yummy, soft alpaca yarn that I'm gonna use on something for myself). But I have almost no idea what I'm gonna do with most of it. It's all just sitting there waiting for me to knit and crochet it all. @_@

YARN CONVENTION?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?? That sounds like the Best Place. I know the feel though. I went to Tuesday Morning a few weeks ago and bought a ton of yarn (since they had some brands I'd only ever seen online) but I have no idea what to do with it.

Undecidability YARN CONVENTION?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?? That sounds like the Best Place. I know the feel though. I went to Tuesday Morning a few weeks ago and bought a ton of yarn (since they had some brands I'd only ever seen online) but I have no idea what to do with it. It was the best, srs fo srs. I spent a good two hours there (and only left because I ran out of money). And I got to watch people spinning and dyeing yarn and everything, which I'd never seen before. The worst thing is, I have some ideas for them, because they were so expensive I'm putting pressure on myself to do things I'm not experienced enough/patient enough to do yet, and then starting things and getting frustrated. I'm so glad the nearest Tuesday Morning is a long bus ride across the city from here. I'd never have money ever.

I honestly have no idea if having yarn is a regular thing for them, but if you ever feel like taking a potentially expensive bus ride.......... But omg that sounds so awesome. Except for the part about trying to do projects that are out of your level of experience. :c
