What does he like to do the most?

You could always do his most favorite thing with him. Or make him something. Like lunch.

No worries. The more you try or do spend time, then more he'll see that you like/love him.

None of that is your fault, though.
Your parents don't allow you out after 9, which is understandable assuming you're young. That can't be helped. Not your fault.

You knocked on the front door of his house, so why didn't HE answer the door, especially if he was expecting you?
Knock on the window? Who thinks to do that?
If they don't answer the front door, they're either not home, or aren't up for visitors. Again, not your fault.

You don't have to "make it up to him", because none of that was YOUR fault.
Treat this more like you want to spend time with him because you haven't been able to, not as if you did something wrong.

I second everything you just said. He can't hold you accountable for rules set in place by your parents, nor should it have been your instinct to knock on his window when nobody answers the door. If he's upset about these things, it's not your fault and he should realize that.
Just spend time with him within the limitations of your curfew and when he actually answers the door. That should be sufficient for a relationship! If you still want to do something special for him, that's perfectly fine, but it shouldn't be an apology for things you're not at fault for.
