Leilani is a sweet and caring Alicorn, and among the most gentle of healers. Her bedside manner is terrific, and anyone who receives her care will always say they recovered more each day just seeing her smile when she comes to check on them. She will just smile all the brighter and tell her patient how glad she is to see them coming back to health. Sadly being a healer can be a torment for the gentle heart she bears. If a patient that is under her care happens to pass on poor Leilani will slip into a terrible depression and wonder time and again if she could have saved the victim if she knew better remedies. This causes her to travel long distances to find more cures and more effective treatments for any such ailment. Her travels will almost certainly affect anyone who she comes to care for sadly. The friend/lover must be willing to follow her in her adventures and understand that her profession will always come first. She cannot stand to see anyone suffer and will treat all from the most evil Kalona to the great and powerful Angeni. Even though her mother died due to a Kalona attack she does not hate the breed and will still heal them if they are in need of assistance.

Leilani’s past is sadly one mired with anger and helplessness. Her mother, Talikana, had taken care of her alone after her father Kona’s untimely passing, and day after day she watched her daughter grow into a beautiful and caring Soquili. When Leilani wanted to take up the Healer’s art Talikana knew that Leilani would be a spectacular doctor. Talikana would compliment her daily and urge her daughter to do her best. Sadly when Leilani was still in training her mother was attacked by a vicious Kalona. The beast left Talikana horribly wounded and though Leilani tried she did not know how to save her. The wounds were too great. Even a skilled Healer would have had trouble saving her. She passed away in the night with a gentle smile upon her lips, her last words to her daughter were, “I love you with all my heart Leilani. Please live your life to its fullest...” After Talikana’s spirit had passed to the summer lands Leilani had strived to become a Healer that could fix just about anything. Years later she succeeded and became a full fledged Healer. She wanders to this day fixing ills and hurts always with a smile on her lovely face.

Blight is a quiet patient type, who is always ready to lend an ear to someone in need. She is a bit naive to the ways of the world, and is often easily taken advantage of. This is why she has her ‘little brother’, Ghost. A ferret that attached himself to her when she was traveling through a dark forest one day. She and Ghost tend to travel all over the place just seeking something to do. They have an endless wanderlust that strikes whenever and where ever it feels like.

No one is really sure where Blight came from, or what her past entails. She just showed up one day and joined Luna’s herd. She will tell anyone who asks that she is seeking her long lost family and that she was separated from them when she was very young. She barely remembers her mother and father or her little sister but she is hoping one day to find them.
