Story:
Year 2044

The company known only as Megamax had developed the very first personal Virtual computer allowing people to go into a safe sort of sleep and surf the web as digital version of yourself. With this new opportunities arose and soon Megamax and other companies began to develop simple games for these new devices which had adopted the name of Virtual Realm Portal or V.P.R for short. As they updated the hardware and software for the V.P.R more and more complex games became available until the very first V.P.R MMO Known as Data Symphony was released and instantly became popular not only for it's pure skill based gameplay and low price but also for it's variety of classes, races and it's large and diverse world as well as no paid currency, everything could be bought with the money earned from quests and other means.

Being a Fantasy/Scifi showed great futuristic yet magical landscapes and fantasy creatures. Magic and Swordplay are different systems but each player can master every class if they wanted however due to the Restriction of 2 a player can only have 2 classes active at once. With the help of their Muses, small creatures that are unique to the player, players are able to access their magic, class changes and other abilities. As time went on the game became so popular factions began to pop up. And now there's more depth to the game, where will everything lead to?

Races:
Aliandre: Humans basically, they're known for being naturally good at building and smiting weapons, armor and writing spell books. Human cities have been known to adopt Mornande and Elgrands ideals but most tend to have different districts with towns surrounding it.

Mornande: People with cat and fox like traits, this race is easily identified by the fox or cat like ears and tail and tendency to build really well hidden and amazingly built structures in any environment. They're also very quick on their feet and experts at alchemy being able to make any manner of concoction.

Elgrands: Elves of the realm, they're known for being able to magically enhance their weapons, armor and even buildings. Elven cities tend to have large power crystals in the center.

Helmij: The Helmij are halflings, very swift on their feet and usually mix with the other races. The few Helmij communities that exist are usually underground with the caves being made into lovely homes. They are known for their tendency to have weapons with Warning Properties on them.

Classes:
Swordsman: Swordsmen are highly versatile melee fighters being able to weild any melee weapon they wish.

Magus: Mages capable of mass amounts of Damage through the use of damaging spells and while they are frail a master Magus can be a problem.

Druid: Wielders of nature and all manner of odd magics, druids can turn foes to harmless animals or partially infuse animal instincts into their allies to make them more deadly.

Berzerker: Strong and proud warriors that focus greatly on strength and tend to use large weapons as well as draw upon rage to go into a dangerous frenzy making them very dangerous.

Marksman: A class specifically for all manner of ranged weaponry from bows to guns. They're able to make siege weapons even more dangerous as they operate them.

Monk: Masters of focusing power into unarmed attack and summoning inner powers to cause problems for their foes. Monks are also capable of minor healing but it is recommended a Healer be available.

Shaman: Shamans provide parties with mass buffs and debuffs through the use of totems and are good at laying special traps on the battle field.

Summoner: Summoners channel energy into their muse to turn it into a fierce creature. As the Summoner gets stronger so does the muses battle form, summoners are well known as being very deadly when in groups.

Musician: Musicians use instruments and their skills of manipulating sounds to harm masses of foes and use their Muse to cast minor mass healing spells as well as mass stunning spells. Skilled Musicians can be a valuble asset to any party.

Technician: Technicians are builders, creators, brilliant minds who use their prowess in creation to make Mechanized companions that will fight for them as well as being capable of upgrading them while usually wielding a light ranged weapon.

Healer: Healers are capable of mass healing and revival of comrades as well as the creation of shielding and other defensive spells.

Assassin: Assassins are masters of stealth, operating in the shadows and preforming ambushes and unexpected attacks. Assassins are good for infiltration and scouting.

Reapers: Reapers are wielders of teleportation and distortion spells as well as great melee prowess with Scythes. By making the darkness it self the Reapers toy they can bind foes in place or even put them in a cage as their prisoner.

All classes can wield any weapon, however for full use it's best to be the class that uses them.

Melee weapons:
Dagger: SImple and effective, Daggers are usually carried by those who need a hidden weapon.

Short sword: A step up from Daggers while not as easy to hide and a bit more effective with damage they're also favored by people who dual wield and use it as an offhand weapon.

Long sword: Basic and all rounded blade weapon, most swordsmen use them

Greatsword: Greatswords are usually seen in the hands of those who wish to damage many people at once with large cleaving attacks.

Battle axe: A Swordsman or Berserker can make good use of these as they provide stopping power and good damage.

Great axe: The calling card of Berserkers they are simply brutal and dangerous to those who may receive a hit from one.

Spear: Spears have a way of being a very difficult but graceful weapon as they manage to stab through defenses and cripple foes,

Quarter staff: A disciplined weapon good for a group of foes that are giving you trouble, while they aren't the best for damage monks are at home with these and thus are more powerful with them.

Scythe And Single hand Scythe: The reapers weapon of choice along with Single hand scythes they're capable of devastating attacks in rapid succession, they're also capable of channeling void magics.

Beam Blades: Beam blades are very dangerous and only possessed by the elite of the game. Swordsmen of the highest skill are usually the ones wielding these.

Katana: Weapons that are two handed but very strong if they can be found or forged, Katana's are weapons capable of devastating attacks they are prized among rich and strong players.

Clubs: While blunt and not really effective, and all single handed they are good for hitting in nails.

Single hand hammers: Small blunt weapons that people mainly use for breaking through armor.

Great Hammer: Large two handed hammers that break through armor with ease and aim to crush enemies.

Ranged weapons:
Short bow and Long bow: These two weapons are good for starters and while the differences are small between the two they can both do great and accurate shots. Long bows simply provide longer range over the short bows ease of carrying.

Slings: Very simple and good for slinging rocks and bombs, but over all they're not the best.

Bombs: Bombs are thrown or ammo for a sling, exploding on impact making them good for some crowd control.

Crossbows: Crossbows are perfect for snipers and hunting, they're bolts are easy to make and they're powerful but also need to be constantly reloaded.

Bow Guns: Smaller crossbows with a loading system built in, Bowguns can be dual wielded for efficiency and hitting multiple targets.

Pistols: Pistols are very hard to come by and powerful, while they vary in design and they're ammo is expensive they are prized among rangers of all kinds.

Rifle: Like Pistols, rifles are hard to come by, are powerful and prized among rangers. They are mostly single shot with some being double or even burst shot. They take ages to reload as well.

Magic weapons:
Wands: Wands are a mages equivalent to daggers, they're easy to conceal as and aren't the best for spells unless they're beginners or someone who finds dual wielding them useful.

Staffs: Staffs are capable of channeling magic very efficiently and effectively. They all make good last resort melee weapons as well if someone gets too close.

Spell Books: Spell books are powerful but there are so few of them that the ones made vary in strength greatly and the chances of finding a good one are slim. Having a strong spell book can make any caster feared and respected.

Instruments: All instruments serve the same purpose, to weaponize sound and in the hands of a musician to buff and debuffs. Instruments can also be used as keys for hidden areas and secret bases.
