Dropplr is a spoof of Tumblr. It's for the latest RIG called Ships Going Down. As for the tier thing, it's the latest money-grab by Gaia. Basically if you spend x amount, you get the stuff in that specific tier. This time around it's based off of Valentine's Day (hence that floaty-burning heart next to the rare animal from the aforementioned RIG)
