In the second post, you will find a list of others within your budget range, and from there, it is your responsibility to contact anyone with whom you would like to form a group or a pair. Obviously, you are free to contact people outside of your budget range if you wish to do so. The budget range is meant to help those who don't want to commit to super expensive cosplays, or who can't afford much outside of the Gold Shops. It's meant to give each participant a chance at creating a cohesive avatar set with other NSTGers.
My job is to make it easier by showing you a list of people who have similar budgets and interests. In short:
I will not organize you into pairs or groups!
