That's pretty funny, but I'm pretty the bleeps are edited over regular words at least for some if not all the bleeps.
All that's been done is they've bleeped out all of the times he's saying "count" (except for when he says his name) or "counting". Everything else is just left to the viewer's imagination to take it a whole different way without those particular words being present.
