Personality: For as formal and polite as Kara was raised to be, there's no denying the mischievous, playful nature that sparks through her more serene facade. She's genuine in her passion to help others, interest in research, and testing new forms of applying her growing knowledge. Stressful situations draws out looks of more amusement or mild irritation, though her teasing and sharper commentary becomes more frequent. Patience is a virtue, and the golden rule is always to treat others the way you'd like to be treated. She holds these values close, and strives to keep them in mind through day-to-day life. But there's still that spark, that tease or that smirk. There's a more childish, more reckless edge to Kara's softer nature, curious about the unknown and only requiring so much planning before she's willing to jump in.

Personality: Kara would call Branwen a stick in the mud. Branwen, though not commenting often, might occasionally might point out that such a state would be accurate for how often Kara uses the weapon more like a walking stick than an actual scythe. Once a woman of limited patience and a vast interest in the world around her, her dry humor and more black and white view of the world have remained in spades for Branwen. Though she offers limited guidance to Kara, and indeed feels it her duty to aid the Hunter when able, she prefers to have all the cards on the table before making a decision--something that doesn't always work with Kara's greater interest in learning all she can, as quickly as she can.
Why did your human character choose to become a Hunter?
Growing up in Dublin, Ireland, Kara was used to the large private museum kept by the Ó Dubhshláin family. Early on, she was taught the basics behind conservation and restoration techniques for various mediums, though it wasn't in great detail until she began to take greater interest in the different techniques surrounding conservation specifically. Even still, she could only participate in so much, aiding her relatives where able, mostly restricted to database work and research, or supervised work with the different chemical and components involved in the various processes. The artifacts and heirlooms they worked with each had stories. That was what drew Kara into the world of myths, legends, and folklore. The darker tales, the creeping shadows when she spent far more hours than perhaps was recommended in the archives around the city or countryside, were what made her begin to question some of the authenticity of the stories that went along with some of the pieces in the private collection.
Though she was unsure if she actually was onto something, her digging seemed to raise the interest of certain parties, but about two years after she moved to the United States, and a year after she changed her name Dolan, Kara found herself being recruited and unable to say no to learning more than her limited resources could reach.

Boss Rules
As Halloween bosses are as varied as the number of minipets you can find in the Marketplace, being able to use The Mind against one is very difficult considering how varied every boss is in TiH. Moving forward, upon rolling a successful activation you may reroll ONE ACTION in a boss fight.

Hair Colour/Style: Black, down to her hips. Usually kept up in a messy braid or bun, with long pieces of her bangs slipping out to hang around her face.
Skin Colour: Rosy Caucasian
Clothing Style/Colours: Pastel goth and space adoration might not always match the more formal tones she uses, but she enjoys her skulls, crossbones, pastel slime, and cosmos way too much to let them sit in the back of her closet. She does wear more more dark monotone outfits with smaller accents of her favored bits and accessories for a more professional look.
