Suiton Jutsu will always be beaten or canceled by a Doton Jutsu of one rank lower, equal to, or higher than it. All E-rank techniques are considered 'cantrips' and do not take slots to learn.

E-Rank Techniques
â–° Mizu Soujuu [ Water Manipulation ] | Rank E This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first. In this technique, X determines the amount of water to be created. At E-rank, about a gallon of water is gathered, and the amount quadruples with each rank after, capping out at about one-thousand [1000] gallons at S rank [enough to fill a small pool]. Learning this technique also reduces the cost of Formless manipulation by five [5] chakra, to a minimum of five [5].
â–° Mizu no Waruasobi [ Trick of Water ] | Rank E A very simple technique which involves a simple flick of one's hands and a muster of sweat in the fingers. A precise flick comes from of the hands or even a shake can be made as if trying to get something off one's hands. The water streaks from the hand of the user and towards the enemy's eye. This unexpected irritation can blur their vision. Slight decrease to opponent's reflexes for one [1] post if it makes contact with the eyes. Otherwise harmless.
â–° Mizu Kagami no Jutsu [ Water Mirror Technique ] | Rank E A simple Jutsu that allows the user to turn a quantity of water as small as a drop and as large as a small puddle into a mirrored surface. This can allow the user to see behind himself, and around corners with careful application of the technique. Only lasts one [1] post unless an upkeep cost of the original cost is paid each post.
â–° Uo Tsuba [ Fish Spit ] | Rank E A simple jet of water shot from the mouth high in starch
A simple jet of water shot from the mouth. It can hit with enough force to stun you if it hits properly. It can be done up to 5 times in succession, or one jet can be shot. To give an example of its power, Mist academy students usually use this technique to play a game much like tag. Each of the five hits possible per use of the technique reduces the opponent's activations for the following post by one [1]. If three of the five hit, the opponent is stunned for the following post.
▰ Mizu no Yaiba [ Water Sword ] | Rank E-B Creates a sharp sword made of solid water reinforced with water chakra in the user’s hand for a single use. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size they want the sword to have, from a side sword to a massive two hander. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to at most make simple cuts in flest, and susceptible to high pressure while at its strongest power can cleave a man in two, armor and all. At E-Rank the water blade is at the length of a Wakizashi and procedurally grows longer in length per rank invested in this technique: E-Wakizashi, D-Katana, C-Nodachi, B-Zanbanto. This technique holds the strength of a technique equal to the amount of chakra invested in it, the Water Sword dissipates after it is used in an attack.

D-Rank Techniques
â–° Kokuun no Jutsu [ Black Clouds Technique ] | Rank D Kokuun no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Rain Shinobi which utilizes the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from the body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto targets. Cloud is approximately twenty [20] feet across, and is capable of soaking anyone under it in oil, including allies.
â–° Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu [ Water Clone Technique ] | Rank D Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly E-rank in strength. The water clone can perform one Suiton Jutsu that the user knows once. One solid hit will destroy the clone.
â–° Isonagi no Jutsu [ Beach Crab ] | Rank D A Jutsu that can only be used on water or atop loose soil (sand, non-rocky aerated dirt, etc,) this technique causes a pair of pincers to rise out of the ground/water and grasp the target by the ankles before pulling him underground/water. An important difference between this technique and Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu is that in this technique the target is fully enveloped in the earth or water. If the victim expends one [1] rank higher than the technique in stamina, then the target can break free, due to the loose earth. Water is less efficient because of its fluidity, and the target not held long. There is something to be said, though, for the change in momentum that can occur when you force an opponent to abandon all thoughts save survival.
â–° Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu [ Water Shuriken Technique ] | Rank D Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small Shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these Shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.
â–° Mizu Tate no Jutsu [ Water Shield Technique ] | Rank D-B A barrier of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the user's head. After the initial creation the user can manipulate the water, allowing for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like, though these appendages are not dexterous enough to handle a weapon. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that reliable against Ninjutsu. The shield can only withstand one [1] hit before it is destroyed. Through manipulation of the water, a variety of things such as spikes or hands can be formed out of the shield to help with warding off attacks. It can also be used as a starting point for most Suiton techniques.
â–° Suimenka no Kisoku [ Breathing Underwater Technique ] | Rank D Passive The art of breathing underwater using chakra to remove oxygen from water has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the diver can go under depends on the ability of the user. This technique activates whenever the Shinobi breathes in water and requires no hand seals. This technique is passive in that it activates automatically when the shinobi's head is submerged underwater. However, it requires an upkeep of half the original cost once active to continue past the first post - can be cancelled at anytime, does not require an activation.
â–° Mizu Peretto [ Water Pellet ] | Rank D Augment An enhanced version Uo Tsuba, instead of producing a stream, it is a bullet that impacts the enemy at high speed blunt force and it is roughly about the size of a fist. Requires knowing Uo Tsuba [Fish Spit]. This is an Augment but does require a slot as its prerequisitie is an E-Rank Technique. Either version can be used for the appropriate version's cost.
â–° Mizutamari no Jutsu [ Water Puddle Technique ] | Rank D By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into a puddle of water on the ground. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers. For an upkeep of half the original cost, the technique can be continued past the first post.
â–° Hachi Shokushu [ Eight Tentacles ] | Rank D A skill in which is used to give the user additional limbs. Gathering chakra into the water, the user can create up to eight arms upon their back that resemble the tentacles of an octopus. Approximately six feet in length, and are capable of attacking in all directions. For an upkeep of half the original cost, the technique can be continued past the first post.
â–° Kirigakure no Jutsu [ Hidden Mist Technique ] | Rank D Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist Shinobi. The Shinobi causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the Shinobi to silently and secretly assassinate their target. Last's Five Posts.
â–° Kiri Shikaku no Jutsu [ Mist Vision Technique ] | Rank D Passive A technique usually used with Kirigakure no Jutsu, the Mist Vision technique allows the user to see through heavy mist, steam, or any other condition caused by water in the air. This does not give the ability to see through smoke. The technique is passive and activates when the user's vision would otherwise be obstructed by mist. When within a fog or mist, the user must use D-Rank chakra during the first post of use followed by half its cost as upkeep, this allows the user to see through all mist or steam as long as this is active regardless of rank. Does not consume an activation to be used.
â–° Suiton: Shunshin no Jutsu [ Water Release: Instant Movement Technique ] | Rank D Nearly exactly like the Maruton version of Shunshin, this one coats the user's body in a highly slippery water film, allowing them to merely slip around non-chakra objects in the environment. Also allows the user to transport to bodies of water they know of within range. Usable thrice per battle, including the other versions of Shunshin.

C-Rank Techniques â–° Haran Banshou [ Stormy Upheaval ] | Rank C Haran Banshou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the User will create a waterfall to slam into their target. This jutsu requires a source of water.
â–° Mizu Kamikiri [ Rising Water Cutter ] | Rank C Mizu Kamikiri is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. To utilize this technique, the user will slam their foot to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards their target as a slicing jet. It is capable of doing fairly severe damage, but moves rather slow.
â–° Mizuteppou [ Water Pistol ] | Rank C Mizuteppou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, the user will emit a jet of water capable of slicing its target into many divisions. Gamariki used this Jutsu in conjunction with Jiraiya through (Korabo) Collaboration Ninjutsu, greatly increasing its power. Strength of technique is increased one [1] rank for each additional shinobi korobo'd with the technique.
â–° Suihashu [ Water Wave Hand ] | Rank C Suihashu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. Yamato will raise his hand into the air and emit a continuous jet of water to disrupt his opponent's attacks. Due to the nature of water, this attack works especially well against smoke based Jutsu.
â–° Suiun Suishi no Jutsu | Rank C Suiun Suishi no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The Shinobi first does a string of hand seals, which causes a column of water to rise from a nearby water source. This Jutsu was the preferred method of fighting a nearby fire by Chuunin.
â–° Taihoudan [ Large Projectile ] | Rank C Taihoudan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Elements. Amachi will generate water in his mouth and spit it as a stream at his target.
â–° Takitsubo no Jutsu [ Waterfall Basin Technique ] | Rank C Takitsubo no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The Shinobi will do the necessary hand seals to create a large volume of water. Yamato used this technique in conjunction with Earth Style Doryuu Jouheki. This allowed him to form a large waterfall. Pulls up a water source from underground.
â–° Mizuame Nabara [ Starch Syrup Capture Field ] | Rank C Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Izumo will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the Shinobi focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows Izumo or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well. Requires using Suimen Hokou no Waza to move about on top of the liquid.
â–° Houmatsu Rappa [ Violent Bubble Wave ] | Rank CC Houmatsu Rappa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After Pain summons his giant crustacean, the creature will expel a huge wave of water from its mouth. After a series of hand seals the user holds their hands out before them, palms forward and a wave of water is created.
â–° Mizu no Tatsumaki [ Tornado of Water ] | Rank C Mizu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the Shinobi. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
â–° Mizurappa [ Violent Water Wave ] | Rank C Mizurappa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Yahiko will expel a strong jet of water at his opponent.
â–° Suirou no Jutsu [ Water Prison Technique ] | Rank C Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The Shinobi forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The Shinobi must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the Shinobi can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.
▰ Mizu no Yoroi [ Water Armor ] | Rank C A thin layer of water covers the user’s whole body. At the basic requirements, it gives protection against fire techniques by dampening the effects, as well as nullifying some Taijutsu attacks. While the armor is on, it constantly draws out small amounts of the user’s chakra, and thus can only be kept up for a limited time. Capable of blocking Taijutsu and Bukijutsu techniques of up to C rank if simple, and D rank if complex. For an upkeep of half the original cost, the technique can be continued past the first post.
â–° Deido Tama [ Mud Ball ] | Rank C A very useful technique used to slow down their opponents, the user spits out a large ball of mud. The mud is kept together with chakra and, when it strikes a hard surface, it hardens-- slowing down movement of the person hit or weighing down an item. Once it has turned solid, only a strong person can break it, though a water technique of C-Rank or higher can liquefy the mud once more. Eventually, the hardened mud shatters, and the victim is no longer inconvenienced by it. Expending stamina of B-rank or higher will break the hold. The mud will shatter after three [3] of the users posts.
â–° Mizu no Muchi [ Whip of Water ] | Rank C Mizu no Muchi is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a whip. The Shinobi can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute the opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the Shinobi to whip the crap out of little kids. Requires Raiton chakra and formless ninjutsu, or a Raiton technique to send an electric current through the whip.
â–° Suikusari no Jutsu [ Water Chains Technique ] | Rank C Creates chains made of water and binds the enemy's ankles and wrists to make them more vulnerable and less mobile. The enemy can still perform normally if he is strong enough to move. Moderately decreases speed for duration of technique. Technique lasts three [3] posts, or until the opponent breaks free, using a B-rank or higher amount of stamina.
â–° Mizutamari Yusuo no Jutsu [ Water Puddle Transportation Technique ] | Rank C Augment The normal Mizutamari Technique must be learned before you can use this technique, since it requires Mizutamari to be used in conjunction with it. If a user uses the Mizutamari while standing on top of a lake or river or any other water source, he/she can materialize himself/herself back anywhere he/she wants within the area of the water source [maximum range, 1/2 a mile]. That way the user can surprise the enemy from behind or even from below. Requires knowing Mizutamari no Jutsu [Water Puddle Technique]. This is an upgrade of Mizutamari no jutsu and takes the same slot as the D-rank version once learned. Either version can be used for the appropriate version's cost.
â–° Shokushu Rendan Kyouran [ Tentacle Barrage Fury ] | Rank C Augment A skill which is used to attack the opponent from various angles. Around the opponent, eight tentacles emerge all created from water. These tentacles having a mind of their own much like bunshins, which will come down and attack the opponent in utter desperation to attack them. These tentacles can be attacked and destroyed, but that just makes openings for the tentacles to attack. Requires knowing Hachi Shokushu [Eight Tentacle]. This is an upgrade of Hachi Shokushu and takes the same slot as the D-rank version once learned. Either version can be used for the appropriate version's cost.
â–° Mizukaisou Bunshin no Jutsu [ Water Reflection Clone Technique ] | Rank C A Jutsu that makes the user's reflection in water step out of the reflection and attack as a physical body. This type of water clone is an improvement over the Mizu Bunshin, possessing Chakra equvilent to 1/3 the user's, and intelligence and physical abilities equivalent to two [2] ranks below the user's. Each clone can be destroyed with a solid blow.
â–° Fuuma Mizu Shuriken [ Evil Windmill Water Shuriken ] | Rank C Augment Instead of creating multiple smaller Shuriken made of water, the user creates one or more large Fuuma Shuriken made of water and launches it towards the enemy. The Shuriken causes massive damage when hitting an enemy. It is also much more solid than the normal water Shuriken and can easily parry other Kunai and Shuriken that come in its path. This technique can be performed in one of two ways: the first is to create a single Shuriken that the user may throw (this requires no body of water to draw from,) the second requires a large body of water, but allows the Mist Shinobi to create multiple Shuriken that he can launch directly from the water sources towards the enemy. This can be especially deadly if the fight itself is taking place atop said body of water, since the Shuriken are hidden until they actually emerge from the water. Requires knowing Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu [Water Shuriken Technique]. This is an upgrade of Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu and takes the same slot as the D-rank version once learned. Either version can be used for the appropriate version's cost.
▰ Mizu Oni Kuike [ Water Demon’s Appetite ] | Rank C A skill which utilizes the water around the opponent for it to work. Below the opponent, a head made of water emerges and tries to swallow up the opponent, having sharp dagger like teeth. If the initial chomp misses the opponent, a tongue will emerge to wrap around the opponent to try and pull them back under for a second attempt
â–° Teppoudama [ Bullet ] | Rank C Teppoudama is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, the user manifests a large amount of water in their mouth which they can then spit at their opponent as a large spherical projectile.

B-Rank Techniques â–° Daibakuryuu no Jutsu [ Great Exploding Current ] | Rank B Daibakuryuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a vortex of water will form, sucking anything on the surface above it down to the depths below. Costs a B-Ranked amount of Chakra per human-sized entity.
▰ Ja no Kuchi [ Serpent Mouth ] | Rank B Ja no Kuchi is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Fuuka will generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a serpent with a gaping maw. This serpent can twist and follow her target. After activation, she can create further serpents if needed. Fuuka may also use this Jutsu in conjunction with Doton • Doro Houshi. The water of Ja no Kuchi will increase the momentum of the earth of Doro Houshi to create a more powerful mud slide. Each homing serpent take one [1] B-Ranked amount of chakra at minimum, but up to three [3] can be made per activation. Serpent will follow the opponent until they hit something, whether it's the opponent or something else. If used with Doro Houshi, the doton's technique is increased by one [1] rank in strength.
â–° Suigadan [ Water Fang Projectile ] | Rank B Suigadan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The Shinobi does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill that shoots straight up from its origin.
â–° Gufuu Suika no Jutsu [ Typhoon Water Vortex Technique ] | Rank B Gufuu Suika no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique using both the Wind and Water Elements. This technique is a combo Jutsu used by Yamato and Naruto combing two of their elemental attacks. Yamato will use Hahonryuu, a Water attack, and Naruto will use his Wind Rasengan. Combined together they form a swirling typhoon attack, capable of repelling a strong Fire and Wind attack. The user forms a Fuuton Rasengan while a partner readies Hahonryuu. The two then combine and launch their techniques via Korabo Ninjutsu, creating a powerful defense against even bolstered Katon attacks. Requires one shinobi knowing Fuuton Rasengan and another knowing Hahonryuu, and B-Ranked Korabo Ninjutsu training. However the techniques combined are A-rank in strength.
â–° Baku Suishouha [ Bursting Water Collision Waves ] | Rank B Baku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Kisame will expel water from his gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. Being from the Water Country, Kisame is at home with this type of Jutsu. He can control the water by riding on top of the waves. This is a water creation technique, and produces enough water to fill a large pond. The water can be further manipulated through Formless Ninjutsu or other Suiton techniques.
â–° Doriru Suiyari no Jutsu [ Drilling Water Spears ] | Rank B Used when the enemy is standing on top of water to launch a surprise attack. Large sharp drill shaped spears made of water come forth out from the water around the enemy and attacks. Alternatively, this can be used as a powerful defense, causing the water drills to intercept attacks and either nullify them, in the case of elemental techniques, or deflect them high in the case of projectiles. Creates [5] large spears.
â–° Goshokuzame [ Five Sharks Eating ] | Rank B Goshokuzame is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Water Element. Kisame will form the needed hand seals and then place his hand to the surface of the water. A shark of condensed water will emerge from each of his fingers to attack his opponent who is in the water below. Each shark can only attack once before dissipating, but will remain until they attack or are dispelled.
â–° Gousuiwan no Jutsu [ Strong Water Arm Technique ] | Rank B Gousuiwan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. Using his ability to transform his body into water, Suigetsu will reform his arm in a more muscular form. This stronger arm allows him to deliver more powerful swings with his head cleaver sword. Shaping water around the user's arm gives a heavy increase to strength when using that limb. For an upkeep of half the original cost, the technique can be continued past the first post.
â–° Suijinheki [ Water Encampment Wall ] | Rank B Suijinheki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The Shinobi will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a water barrier from incoming attack. Barrier can repel Shinobi, as well as Ninjutsu under A-Rank.
â–° Suikoudan no Jutsu [ Water Shark Projectile Technique ] | Rank B Suikoudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The Shinobi does a string of hand seals which then causes a column of water to rise from the water and then strike their target.
â–° Suiryuudan no Jutsu [ Water Dragon Projectile Technique ] | Rank B Suiryuudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The Shinobi does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to strike their target. This dragon carries a significant amount of momentum.
▰ Mizu Shinmon no Jutsu [ Water Interrogation Technique ] | Rank B A move used for interrogating the enemy, a bubble of liquid is placed around the head of the target, causing echoes of the target’s thoughts to sound throughout the water, allowing those who hear the echoes knowledge of anything in the target’s mind.
â–° Mizu Furiko no Jutsu [ Water Pendulum Technique ] | Rank B A technique that is incredibly useful anytime. A giant pendulum of water swings behind the user, hypnotizing all who gaze on it. After five [5] posts, those gazing at the pendulum are rendered unconscious.
▰ Mizu Funkei [ Water Decapitation ] | Rank B A small jet of water powerful enough to cut off a limb. The jet’s strength gets weaker the farther away the target is, but at close ranges can continue after hitting its target. Technique becomes one [1] rank weaker for every ten [10] feet from the user.
▰ Mizu Kawarimi [ Water Replacement ] | Rank B Mizu Kawarimi is a Ninjutsu technique used by Shizuku under the influence of Yomi's evil medically enhanced Chakra. While in his enhanced form, Shizuku can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks. The user’s body becomes water that can be manipulated at will, making them temporarily unharmed by physical attacks. However, they are very susceptible to elemental attacks. Elemental attacks of one rank lower can harm the user. Doton techniques of two [2] ranks lower can harm the user. Even Katon can harm the user if of the same rank or higher. The user may use their body as a source of water for Suiton techniques.
▰ Karada no Kanzen Shoushitsu [ Body’s Complete Disappearance ] | Rank B This technique is typically used once the opponent is dead or nearly dead. If it successfully activates, the opponent’s body is crushed completely by a torrent of water and can never be recovered. In addition, all knowledge from the person affected will be transferred to the user's body, giving him or her vital information about bloodlines, clans, or techniques. This technique allows the user to learn one of the techniques, custom or otherwise so long as the user has the requirements, of the person they have killed.
â–° Sensatsu Suishou [ Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death ] | Rank B The user will hold a single hand sign, and then gather water from existing bodies of water or molecules in the air in preparation. The water will then rise into the air, where it will take the form of long senbon needles. The senbon can be held stationary in the air for as long as the user sees fit, but after they have been launched, they cannot be stopped, except by outside forces. It should also be noted that the user may create any number of senbon, from one [1] to one thousand [1,000], using this technique. The strength of each individual senbon weakens as more are created, totally B-rank damage regardless of number.
▰ Ijin Ryouiki Mizu Goumon [ Devil’s Domain Water Torture ] | Rank B A skill which has to be used when the opponent is in the presence of a large body of water. The chakra quickly flows through the water, causing a large part of the water to rise up around the opponent and come crashing down upon them like a circular flowing wave.
â–° Mizu no Yaiba Rendan [ Water Blade Barrage ] | Rank B A skill which can only be used when the opponent is underwater. Within the water, blades of water are created all around the opponent. As soon as they are created, they are sent from various sides in order to tear through the opponent, leaving terrible wounds upon their body.
â–° Suihou no Jutsu [ Water Cannon Technique ] A move that lets the user spit a powerful beam of boiling water, strong enough to cut through wood and hot enough to scald flesh. Eventually, it becomes powerful enough to carve through stone. For an upkeep of half the original cost, the technique can be continued past the first post, for as long as the user can hold their breath.
â–° Suiton: Hashira Kakomu [ Water Release: Pillar Encirclement ] The user creates four water pillars which then circle around the user as a protective barrier. . Requires a source of water. Also acts as a viable source for other Suiton that need water sources, without degrading itself. Can block up to B-rank projectiles.

A-Rank Techniques ▰ Gama Teppou [ Toad Bullet ] | Rank A Gama Teppou is a Ninjutsu technique using both the Wind and Water Elements. This technique is a combo Jutsu used by Naruto and Gamatatsu combining their elemental chakra. While Naruto builds Fuuton chakra, Gamatatsu himself will mold his chakra to create water in his mouth. Naruto will then touch Gamatatsu to imbue him with his Wind chakra. Gamatatsu will then exhale to emit a large and powerful water stream. Due to the Jutsu's strength and Wind enhanced cutting ability, it is able to cut through defensive elements like Crystal. The user pairs up with a Suiton user and, through Korabo Ninjutsu (See Maruton lists), imbues the Suiton user’s burst of water with Fuuton Chakra. This gives the technique a cutting edge powerful enough to effect Shouton defenses. Requires B-Ranked Korabo Ninjutsu training.
â–°Hahonryuu [ Destruction Torrent ] | Rank A Hahonryuu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. To use this technique Yamato will generate water to use against his opponent. This technique was seen in conjunction with Naruto's Wind Element Rasengan. These two attacks combined together to form Gufuu Suika, a large rotating water and wind vortex. This is essentially a Water Rasengan, but without the cutting power.
â–° Suishuu Gorugon [ Water Attack Strong Current Torrential Rain ] | Rank A Suishuu Gorugon is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. To utilize this technique, the user will use their chakra to generate a mass of water. This can then be sent towards their target as a biting serpent.
â–° Suitenhoufutsu [ Sky and Water Convergence ] | Rank A Suitenhoufutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The Shinobi first does a string of hand seals, which causes water to rise from the ground and surround the target. Ruiga can then use this water to drown his target or as a medium to call forth his fish summons. Because Ruiga uses groundwater to create the Jutsu, if he is in a rocky area, he will have difficulty utilizing this technique. Creates a prison of water around a target that floats a few feet above the ground. The bubble pushes those caught in it toward the center, isolating them from outside elements. Prison lasts until target dies or it is broken. Victim will likely pass out after four [4] to five [5] posts.
â–° Daibakufu no Jutsu [ Grand Waterfall Technique ] | Rank A Daibakufu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the Shinobi and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away. Requires knowing Takitsubo no Jutsu [Waterfall Basin Technique]. This is an upgrade of Takitsubo no Jutsu and takes the same slot as the C-rank version once learned. Either version can be used for the appropriate version's cost.
â–° Gekiryuu Chikara [ Raging River Force ] | Rank A This technique is similar to the Water Torrent technique, save for a few key differences. Firstly, the power of this technique is enough to tear down most stone walls and defenses, not to mention defenses made of weaker materials. Secondly, this technique produces enough water to flood a small area. This technique can fill an area of 400 square feet (a 20x20 square) with approximately a foot of water.
â–°Ten no Gachan Hashira [ Crashing Pillar of Heaven ] | Rank A A skill in which the user begins to gather a wide amount of moisture from the air. Within the air, more and more water gathers, being materialized by the users chakra. Coming together, it makes a large pillar of water within the sky, often going unnoticed by the opponent. The user then waits for the opportune moment, and sends the pillar crashing down in order to smash the opponent in an incredible amount of force.
â–° Mizuhada Bunshin no Jutsu [ Water Body Clone Technique ] | Rank A Augment A powerful enhancement of the Water Reflection clone, this technique creates a number of full-powered water clones and does not require a body of water. These clones have the full Chakra and Mental abilities of the user, as well as Physical ability. A solid hit will destroy the clone. Chakra pool is shared between all clones & the owner. Using a technique detracts from the available chakra to all involved, of course. Requires knowing Mizukaisou Bunshin no Jutsu [Water Reflection Clone Technique]. This is an upgrade of Mizukaisou Bunshin no Jutsu and takes the same slot as the C-rank version once learned. Either version can be used for the appropriate version's cost.
â–° Suise no Jutsu [ Water Torrent Technique ] | Rank A This technique is somewhat comparable to Doton Doryuu Taiga, in that the user creates a small torrent of water that moves along the ground at a high speed and can carry opponents away with it. If there is a sizable body of water nearby, or the user's Mizu Soujuu is up to the task, the size of the torrent can be quite large. Otherwise, the torrent is smaller and more specific, able to target one opponent or straight line of opponents.

S-Rank Techniques â–°Daikoudan no Jutsu [ Great Shark Missile Technique ] | Rank S Daikoudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Kisame will generate a large shark which he will launch towards his opponent. The shark is no mere blast of water, as it also absorbs the chakra of his opponent, which causes it to increase in size. This means that the more powerful his opponent is, the larger and more powerful Daikoudan will be when it impacts. Initial cost is S-ranked, but it gains in strength depending upon what Jutsu is absorbed from overwhelming. Strength increases equivalent to half the rank of the technique absorbed. For an upkeep of half the original cost, the technique can be continued past the first post.
â–° Senjikizame [ Thousand Sharks Eating ] | Rank S Augment Senjikizame is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Water Element. Kisame will form the needed hand seals and then place his hand to the surface of the water. Numerous sharks of condensed water will emerge to create a tidal wave of frenzied fish. This Jutsu works well in conjunction with Kuchiyose, as it can hide the location of a summoned shark bearing secret mission intel. All sharks combined equal S-rank in strength. The more that are created, the weaker the the individual. Requires knowing Goshokuzame [Five Sharks Eating]. This is an upgrade of Goshokuzame and takes the same slot as the B-rank version once learned. Either version can be used for the appropriate version's cost.
â–° Daibaku Suishouha [ Great Exploding Water Collision Waves ] | Rank S Augment Daibaku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Kisame will expel a great amount of water from his gullet. This water will then form into a massive dome, encasing Kisame and his targets inside. When Kisame merges with Samehada, his aquatic mobility greatly increases, thus allowing him to make full use of the aquatic battlefield set up by this Jutsu. Requires knowing Baku Suishouha [Burstin Water Collision Waves]. This is an upgrade of Baku Suishouha and takes the same slot as the B-rank version once learned. Either version can be used for the appropriate version's cost. Creates three times as much water as the B-ranked version.
â–° Suiryuuben [ Water Dragon Whip ] | Rank S Suiryuuben is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. To utilize this technique, the user will use their chakra to generate a whirling sphere of water. This sphere can then emit whips of water, which can seek out and impale the target up to two hundred yards away so long as either visual or sensory contact can be maintained. For an upkeep of half the original cost, the technique can be continued past the first post.
â–° Idaina Kamikaze no Jutsu [ Great Typhoon Technique ] | Rank S A Jutsu which creates a huge cyclone turned on its side, which is sent toward the opponent or group of opponents. This Jutsu can only be done when in or near a body of water (or with the mastery of Mizu Soujuu), and is devastatingly powerful, both in the force with which it strikes and with its tendency to catch people and objects and slam them into other object. It can easily rip large trees and masses of rock from the earth.
â–° Suishouha [ Water Collision Destruction ] | Rank S Using large amounts of chakra, the user creates water from thin air and forms so much that it creates a mini-tidal wave. The water then does not dissipate for the duration of the battle, thus creating an arena where the user has a large advantage. If the climate is exceptionally arid, such as a desert, the water only lasts for a short while before draining into the sand. The depth of the water once the wave has settled is anywhere between 8 to 10 feet.
â–° Shindo Futan [ Depth Charge ] | Rank S A lethal move when used correctly, the opponent must be underwater. After the opponent is fully submersed, the user channels a large amount of chakra into their hands, and using this chakra, creates a large burst of energy, compressing the water momentarily beneath themselves. Due to the non-compressive nature of water, this compression will disperse throughout the body, crushing anything unlucky enough to be near the source. This force can entirely crush even the strongest of opponents, and must be used carefully around wildlife, or it can destroy entire ecosystems. For this reason, it is rarely used except in life or death situations.
â–° Shabondama no Ninjutsu [ Soap Bubble Ninjutsu ] | Rank S Utakata uses Soap Bubble Ninjutsu from the Bubble line of ninjutsu. He uses a special pipe to create his highly versatile bubbles. This line of ninjutsu allows Utakata to float inside his bubbles, as well as use them offensively by trapping his enemies in them, filling the bubbles with water to drown them. These bubbles can also be filled with different materials, such as blinding powder, smoke, acid or a sticky slime. Requires four [4] slots within Suiton. Explosive bubbles takes an A-ranked amount, trapping enemies and using the bubbles for transportation takes a B-ranked. Filling head-sized bubbles with water takes C-ranked, and takes two [2] of the target's posts to drown. Filling them with other materials requires the appropriate inventory and a D-ranked amount.
â–° Uramiame [ Grudge Rain ] | Rank S This technique requires a various amount of users. The users create a large storm cloud, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain then turns into a large wave of water and sweeps the enemy off their feet. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. Requires four [4] or more people, using 100 chakra each post. Clones can be used. The flood drains 100 chakra from everyone trapped in it, per post, per non-clone user.

S+ Rank Techniques â–° Tsunami no Jutsu [ Tidal Wave Technique ] | Rank S+ An even better and more devastating water technique than the Suishouha Technique, this Technique can drown a large village but requires enormous amounts of chakra and stamina. Usually an 'all or nothing' technique, as it is not used under normal circumstances due to the widespread and in discriminant destruction that it wreaks. Requires knowing Suishouha [Water Collision Destruction]. This is an upgrade of Suishouha, but takes it's own slot. Creates three times as much water as the S-ranked version.
â–° Kirisame [ Mist Rain ] | Rank S+ A technique known by a Kirigakure hunter-nin, the user makes rain which eats up any chakra when it comes in contact with anything that is not of the same signature as the original user, such as Utakata's Soap Bubble Ninjutsu and Naruto's Rasengan. Breathing out, the light, darkening mist rain will spread over a large field's worth, billowing upwards to prevent a jump's worth of height. Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Complex Tai/Buki jutsu, & Demonic auras/cloaks/etc are effected. Exactly half of the chakra absorbed is sent to sustain the jutsu, while the other half filters into the user's own chakra pool. Absorption can temporarily extend the user's chakra pool to above normal, for a maximum of 200%. Lasts until three [3] total posts have elapsed from the last absorption.
