I can't even think of a way to "Fix It" for witches, because of how the classes are specifically to allow the use of a particular magic so I'm just going to not bother with that.
Dual Alterer is fine
Team Player should just not grant Soul Resonance Perks, maybe just grant two weapon perks instead and have the additional effects from being in Soul Resonance still. Cause the "One level higher" effect is fine, it's just the perks that'd be an issue.
Lone Wolves should instead of getting Martial Artist specifically give "A Neutral Skill Tree" (So, pretty much just Martial Artist or Madness right now, and hopefully Street Fighting and Vital Striking can get through even if they need edits so there'll be one neutral tree for each stat.)
I guess all the Meister Paths should just grant two perks to any Soul Skill.
Traditionalist can keep the resonate at double distance and as if 1 level higher thing, but probably drop the Soul Resonance techniques at 1 level higher. They already get a level higher bonus from just being in Soul Resonance once a cycle anyways so this was already kind of a lot to begin with. If they aren't going to be forced to take Soul Resonance as a tree they don't need that additional effect.
Oracle, I don't know what to do with since it's entirely based on Soul Perception. Maybe just needs an overhaul, make it less Soul Perception maybe just more support-esque. Maybe being able to passively affect multiple allies with perks and techniques instead of being so perception focused since them remaining being the "two weapon meisters" is also fine.
Pugilist Same as Lone Wolf, just change Martial Arts to "Neutral Skill Trees"
All assuming it ends up remaining as you need stats for the bonus perks you get from things.

Idea for vs AOE rule.
Each designated group must interact with an AOE unless another AOE is used. This would not apply to AOEs that have a projectile action prior to the AOE action if the projectile is intercepted. Radius Shockwave = AOE, Unable to be Intercepted, AOE rules apply. Exploding Fireball = The thrown Fireball can be intercepted, if it is not then AOE rules apply with the explosion.
Examples:
Group A is Meister A and Weapon A
Group B is Meister B, Weapon B, and Weapon C
Group C is Witch A and Witch B
Group D is Witch C, Meister C, and Weapon D - Level 3 AOE is used. Group A and Group B are within range of the AOE. Both Group A and Group B must react with equal or greater level of AOE. Meister A and Weapon A use a Level 2 and Level 1 technique to avoid damage. Meister B jumps out of the range of the AOE via dodging and thus Weapon B and Weapon C do not need to react tot he AOE in question. - Level 5 AOE is used. Topic wide AOE in which all parties are within range. Meister A interacts with a Level 5 Barrier, fulfilling Group A's interaction condition. Meister B, Weapon B, and Weapon C each use a Level 2 Technique to interact with the AOE fulfilling Group B's interaction condition. Witch A chooses to dodge, requiring them to exit the topic but not fulfilling Witch B's interaction condition only Witch A. Witch B must still choose to either dodge alongside Witch A or guard themself similar to Meister A's barrier. Witch C, Meister C, and Weapon D choose to also exit the topic. Witch C and Meister C dodge the AOE and exit the topic. Weapon D is being wielded by Meister C as such both Witch C and Meister C dodging fulfills Group D's interaction requirement. - Alternatively, in the Level 5 AOE Scenario. If the first person to post after it has been used interacts with the AOE with their own AOE then both AOEs are completely cancelled out. Both AOEs in this situation must be of equal or greater size. As such only a Topic Sized AOE can outright eliminate another Topic Sized AOE. Group D's posts come before Group A, B, and C. Witch C chooses to interact with the AOE by using their own Level 5 AOE. Both AOEs cancel out and no one else is required to interact with the AOE. ---- If the post order leads the AOE users to act after others have already acted then only those who would act after them will no longer have to deal with the AOE. Level 5 AOE Scenario. Group A acts first, Group C acts Second, Group B acts third, and Group D acts 4th. Meister A uses a level 5 barrier fulfilling Group A's interaction requirement. Witch A then uses a Level 5 AOE of equal or greater size to the designated AOE cancelling the AOE. Fulfilling Group C's interaction requirement and making it so Group B and Group D no longer have to interact with the AOE. Group A is NOT refunded resources for this. - Unless an AOE is eliminated by a equal in size or larger AOE, the AOE continued to affect the surroundings. Group A fights a single Witch. The Witch uses a Level 5 Topic AOE. Group A's meister uses a level 5 punch, the area around the Meister and behind the meister remains unaffected however the rest of the topic is affected by the AOE.
This is just an idea laid out of what I had in mind. Give AOEs a bit more value instead of just being instagibbed in large fights by a single person blocking for themselves. Especially since most if not all Topic Wide AOEs are single use techniques per battle.
