Richard along with Vylene, Athena, Elsa & Anna enter the Player's Room Hello, everyone. What's new?
Narrator: Welcome to 1990! The Narrator plays talks about 1990 first before Outta Here. His Generation of his Youth
*Entertainment in 1990* Narrator: In Movies, theaters are packed with Smash Hits that continue to be pumped out along with the volume such as... Home Alone, Kindergarten Cop, and even everyone's Heroes in a Halfshell, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, being the Final Project of Jim Henson.
*Music in 1990* Narrator: In Music... Madonna's Vogue and Billy Idol's Cradle of Love are released.
*Books in 1990* Narrator: Jurassic Park, Good Omens and the must have for ALL Graduates... "Oh, the Places You'll Go" are released. The Final Book for Dr. Seuss.
*Video Games in 1990* Narrator: Super Mario Bros 3 & Dr. Mario are released on the Nintendo Phantasy Star 2 lands on SEGA Genesis.
*Births in 1990* Narrator: Kristen Stuart & The Weekend are Born.
*Television in 1990* Narrator: Newhart airs its Series Finale, The Simpsons begin the First of its Halloween Specials which became known as the Treehouse of Horror and Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Twin Peeks & In Living Color arrive. The Undertaker makes his entrance into WWE.
Wow, Athena. Sounds like the Narrator's kind of time to live in with all its Cool Trends that the 90s have to offer. Richard said to Athena
*Children's Television in 1990* Narrator: Quite... Best of all, it was a Great Time for when a kid can be a kid thanks to Nickelodeon's Golden Age. More Children's Programing arrived such as... As Fox Network's Fox Kids on September 1990 which brought along Tom & Jerry Kids, Saban's Adventures of Peter Pan & Bobby's World...
On that same month, Disney Channel launched the Disney Afternoon which brought along Gummi Bears, Chip n Dale Rescue Rangers, DuckTales and TaleSpin.
Even tons of New Shows that had a Single Season came and went such as... Gravedale High and New Adventures of He-Man.
There was other successful trends out there being Tiny Toon Adventures which brings the Looney Tunes into the 1990s with its Youthful Humor... and Captain Planet & the Planeteers, a Turner Entertainment Series about Protecting the Environment from Polluters & those in Power complete with PSA that provide messages about Protecting the Environment & having Compassion about those who are different than you.
Speaking of Goodwill, on April 1990, Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue arrived. Which is a Half-Hour Anti-Drug Special PSA that aired on ABC, NBC, Fox Network, CBS, PBS, USA Network, BET, Disney Channel and even Nickelodeon. There was no point in running away from it if you tried. It was presented by McDonald's, President George Bush & First Lady Barbara Bush. The PSA Starred Various Cartoon Characters from Children's Television Series teaming up to help someone deal with a Drug Problem.
*Orlando 1990* Narrator: During this time, Viacom used Studio Space at Universal Studios to make shows such as Super Force & Superboy. In June 1990, Nickelodeon Studios opened its doors for the First Time at Universal Florida. I will be talking about Nick Studios later.
*Nickelodeon 1990* Narrator: On 1990, Nickelodeon brought 9 Shows... 3 Original Series... 5 Imports and 1 Package. 2 of the Shows were Game Shows by the way. However, Nickelodeon 1990 was a slow start for 90s Nickelodeon where Star Trek the Animated Series, Total Panic and Finders Keepers ended that year along with its 2 Key Shows... Pinwheel, the one show that started it all & You Can't Do That on Television.
That's amazing! Princess Elsa & Anna, sounds like the Narrator knows his 90s Stuff. Vylene said to Elsa
*Total Panic Successor* Narrator: Which brings me to the next thing. By 1990, after Total Panic ended, Nickelodeon needed something to fill in the Sunday Morning Hours again. As I said before, Total Panic aired for 2-3 Hours then a half hour show as a mixture participation show containing games, guest stars & a random selection of audience members. However, during 1990, Total Panic also had another side... It was the First Productions opened to the Public at Nickelodeon Studios as it was also a Theme Park Attraction for 2 Hours, not counting the waiting time to get in to see a tapping. To spend 2-3 Hours to see a taping of Total Panic could be a long time. I mean, you can see a Double Dare taping too if you wanted and have plenty of time to ride the rides as Total Panic pulled Double Duty and needed a Successor. After Nick Studios was opened, Total Panic got cut short. The idea was to make a half hour successor allowing a turnover by giving it a make over and reusing assets from Double Dare, Make the Grade, Think Fast and Finders Keepers in a way. So with a new format, timing, set and decade, on August 1990, Outta Here, the Second Participation Show in the Total Panic series arrived.
My Goodness Prince Richard, the Narrator really knows his 90's shows, movies, series, cartoons, everything ,so impressive, and so much fun wow! *smiles* ty Mister Narrator, so awesome! heart thinks Princess Athena

*Outta Here Structure & Gameplay* Narrator: Outta Here which is set at the Nickelodeon Studios in Orlando containing the Logo with a finger pointing at Orlando, like Total Panic is also a variety participation show with reviews, interviews, music videos & games. The 4 Residing Hosts were Tiffany Hunter, Bruce Klassen, Kareen Germain & Mike Daniels since there were 4 different hosting roles determined by polls by the audience which would be put into teams, Green & Purple, each with a Team Captain Host. These Teams would then compete in various games such as General Knowledge Trivia or various stunt challenges as the teams would win prizes.
The Third Host would keep the games moving along & the Fourth Host would do Field work such as showing off attractions and so on...
*Linked to Total Panic* Narrator: Outta Here did have Some Connections to Total Panic with Greg Lee becoming the Announcer. While airing Nationwide, it had vibes to it as it highlighted the Orlando Area such as Skateboarding. 3 of the Hosts were also residents in Florida with Tiffany Hunter being a Tour Guide for Universal Studios even though she was from New York. The show did have interviews. However, only an Hour of Outta Here exists to this day as it only aired for 4 Months, ending on January 1991.
*Outta Here's Return as an OOC Game* Narrator: 40 Episodes of Outta Here were filmed. Some Highlights were showing off a new line of Cool Shoes. One Notable Episode was The New Kids on the Block when they were still the Hot New Boy Band of that Era. Outta Here deserves another shot to be brought back. The thing is that the show's mixture of Energy & 1990s Content would be a nice fit as it was also a Theme Park Attraction. Its a good start for Total Panic's Successors while visiting Orlando as this would continue in 2 more shows... The Third Successor to Total Panic would be What Would You Do in 1991 which uses the Games & Guests format and makes more into a mess of Whipped Cream Fun & Marc Summers would return as the Residing Host.
Wasn't there another Successor of Total Panic that the Narrator missed besides those 2 and You're On? Vylene asked Elsa & Anna
*5th Total Panic Successor & Overall*
Narrator: You're right. I have forgotten one... Slime Time Live from 2000! Thanks for helping me remember, guys.
Overall, Outta Here is a Stepping Stone as it would continue the Total Panic Formula for a while. If only there was more to talk about it. But like Total Panic, it didn't make the Reruns of Nick GAS, its another rare show in a way. Still despite this, Outta Here is one of the First Nickelodeon Studios Originals in 1990 that laid the Foundation for 90s Nickelodeon. The Narrator added
We are happy to help. Anyway, Princesses Elsa & Anna, we'd better get going to meet up with your husbands Grant & Rodney. Santa's waiting. He has a long trip on Christmas Eve 2022 and needs us to help load up his Sleigh. Vylene said to Elsa & Anna
