"Don't move," says a small quavering voice from above. "Don't panic." Of course, now you are starting to panic. "But you're in the middle of a patch of poison ivy," the small hummingbird finishes. Without another word it flits off.
Submit an RP with your Soquili having just been told they are in the middle of a patch of poison ivy. How does your soquili react? How do they get out? Do they panic and make it worse? How do they try to stop the oncoming break out?.
That little bird-brained son of--No, she would keep her cool. Maybe he had led her here (he had with his incessant humming) but there had to be a way to get out of this mostly unscathed. She could do this.
Cautiously she looked around for a path of more open space. The itching was starting already though, and it was hard to keep still. If she just shifted to her left foot then she could scratch her flank. In a hurry to take care of the consumming itch, Riveria stepped on some wet and slimy leaves. With a horrible cracking of branches she felt herself go down.
For a horrified mmoment she just laid there, not believing it. She was going to be one large scab by the end of the day. With a roar of pure fury, Riveria threw herself to her feet and ran pell mell down the embankment into the nearby stream.
This was going to be one of the worst days of her life.
She could already feel the welts forming on her skin. Oh no, was she allergic? This couldn't be normal. She dove deeper in the water and tried to find relief but it didn't help. In desperation, she rolled in the muddy banks until she was one large grey mass of dripping clay like mud.
Riveria waited intently, figuring this solution wouldn't work. On the one hoof she was happy to finally have at least SOME realief from itching, but on the other hoof she looked like a swamp monster reject.
That wss when she heard the chortling sound. Turning her head, she looked right at both of her sister's heads. Both of which were laughing so hard they couldn't speak.
