Final Fantasy X was excellent. MrBobVilla, I think you're thinking of Final Fantasy XI... 10 wasn't a MMORPG... I thought that Final Fantasy X had a nice story, memorable characters, and a unique way of levelling up. The sphere grid was a little annoying at first, but I learned to like it. I liked in this game that there was voice acting, though they said "y'know" and "ya" a lot at the end of their sentences. It was pretty crazy how they made it through the whole game without saying Tidus' name. I enjoyed the graphics of the games, and the Aeons were amazing. Looking at Shiva's Diamond Dust at Final Fantasy V and then looking at it in Final Fantasy X... I could see they really captured what they meant to do in FFV. I don't see why so many of you dislike Final Fantasy X, I found it to be a very good game. Is it because it had "love" involved and you guys don't like seeing that in a game? confused Final Fantasy X-2 on the other hand was an unnecessary and weak sequal. Final Fantasy X ended in a pretty good way and didn't need any continuing. Now, I haven't seen the special cutscene in the Final Fantasy X-2 Farplane, but I'm sure it isn't good enough to make the game in general more respectable. X-2 looked like a mockery to the Final Fantasy series to me. I mean, the job class thing was pretty damn cool, but the game's storyline, the fact that you can't change your party, and the way how the game's battle/equip/levelling system isn't even close to the previous game... Those things just kinda ruined it all.
Final Fantasy 7 was pretty cool, but I don't see why everyone loved it so much. And why is Final Fantasy 8 disliked?
My favourite Final Fantasy game is Final Fantasy Tactics... that game is just amazing. I really liked Final Fantasy 4 too, FFV had catchy music, and I didn't get into FFVI too much... can't seem to find out where to go next in that game.
I have Final Fantasy 1 (remake), 2 (remake), 4, 5, 6 (special features added), 7, 8, 9, 10, 10-2, Tactics, and Adventure. I've beat Final Fantasy 4, 7, 10, 10-2, and Tactics.
that sounds like enough Final Fantasy posting from me : x
