If I saw it in the arena, I'd probably give it a 5. Maybe higher, because you seem nice and I figure attitude into my rate- and you have a good one. 3nodding
There's not a lot of things in it that match your hair- more blue and purple would be good. Blue shoes and a purple pimpin cane would make it look a lot better in my opinion.
And the cat ears aren't really my style, but I don't mind them on other people.
Anywho, it's a cute start- You did well with the heart matching the cat ears. 3nodding

Might want to change the hairstyle.
Try and get one that suits any type of outfit you wear.
