Greetings all. My names is Mesa. I'm a member of the crew and if you need to know anything pokemon related just ask. Uhm.... yeah.... thats pretty much it. I'm big on competitive battling and the such, so if you ever need someone to rate your moveset EV spread just ask.
We should have a competitive battling subforum....

My name is Artemis Wolfe, and I'm the owner of the guild. Most problems can be resolved if you contact me, however... plenty of other people can help too, so don't bombard me with PM's please. ^^;;
I'm 17 years old, and have liked pokemon since I saw it in the JC Penny Big Book in 1997...? I don't know. Most people say pokemon came to the United States in 1998, but i know i asked for it for christmas while i still lived at my old house, before my dad passed away.
Anyways, you may think it's a bit odd for me, a 17 year old, to be so obsessed with pokemon and such... but Pokemon has always been the getaway for me.
I don't have a favorite Pokemon, and I'm not the best trainer (so many people pm me thinking that just because i own this guild, I have got to be some kind of genuis pokemon trainer). I just have liked pokemon for so long, and thought it would be great to expand the community here on gaia.
And although I don't have a favorite pokemon, i do really like a few over others. I've always loved Charizard. When i first opened the JC Penny big book thing, i had a blue highlighter in hand, highlighting anything and everything i wanted for christmas. When i saw Pokemon Red and Blue, i instantly thought the big red dragon on the box was awesome, and decided I WANTED THAT GAME. Sadly, i didn't get it until I turned 10 years old (it was my b-day present, and astonishingly enough, you were 10 in the game. LMAO).
Then, I saw Mew. In a magazine for Pokemon Snap. I'd heard of it before, but this was the first time i saw it. It was cute. So I also like Mew.
Finally, last but not least, Smeargle. I'm an artist myself, and I'll prove it to you later, but when i found out there was a painter pokemon, i just loved it from that instant. I never knew it had the potential to learn every move until ...Ruby and Sapphire came out. I was playing it, and looking up movesets when i came across that little factor..
I felt really stupid.
Let's see, what else do you need to know? I like to read, write, sing, draw, pretend to dance... sweatdrop and ultimately play/talk/watch/read and or anything else verb-wise that has to do with Pokemon. xD
o_O Well.... almost anything verb-wise.
I really like the Japanese anime of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. Hikari is awesome, but i actually don't watch a whole lot of it, or much of the older series of Pokemon. I love the Pocket Monsters Special or Pokemon Adventures Manga. It's alot more interesting.
I have Pokemon Diamond already, in japanese, and can read the hirigana, and am working on learning the katakana. Do i have any idea what is going on? Nope. Do I care? nope. Do I loooooove the game? YEP.
I'm also going to New York on April 21st, the release of the new games in the US, to the Pokemon Center (or Nintendo World). I'm expecting to be there around Noon, but i still gotta talk to my parents about it. xD
That's really about all i can think of to put in this post, and man... I made a really REALLY long introduction. xd

I am Wil, my me be done. domokun
24-year-old-fart, I don't have to ask my parents to buy me video games or wireless internet, and I live in Seattle near the home of Nintendo of America. I'm an intermediate Pokemon metagamer of third and fourth generation mechanics, and I hope to school you in due time. twisted
I don't have interest in the Pokemon anime, card games, or spin-off video games like Ranger. My only exceptions are the console Stadium-like games, and I hope to pwn you on Battle Revolution someday too. ninja

Ah, hello. I'm Shadowmancer_Lord. I've been in this guild for quite a while now, but never did anything. I go to school with Blue Tomoshibi. And although he'll never admit it, I have beaten him evry time we've battled. xd I started on Red and Blue(still have them) and have beaten every pokemon game with a story mode, Red/blue through Emerald/FR/LG, Coliseum, and XD. So I'm pretty knowledgeable on the subject. I never did get into breeding or EV's, so don't ask me about those. But I can help with movesets, tactics, and such, if nobody else is available. Ha, Blue's gonna yell at me for this post...

My user's name is Ketsueki, but my real name is Tony. I happen to be an asian-american thats also 17 years of age. I've been into Pokémon since I was 9(or maybe 10), and I have to say, I'm quite good at playing Pokémon. So expect to see me a lot in Pokémon: Diamond/Pearl. I also make "Trainer Sprites" and cards, such as the one in my signature. Visit my shop here! If you would like me to make you one... They're free.. wink

Hello there, everyone! My name is Ayumi, and I've been a fan since the beginning! My favourite Pokémon is Absol (there's no question) and in my signature is the team I'm using at the moment as a kind of Gimmick... My real teams a lot stronger *not that this one needs them thanks to this one's Absol*. My strategy has always been getting my Absol to hit you before you can hit him, and since Diamond came out, my strategy has only become stronger. I love Dark-Types, and used to complain that they never had enough offensive attacks, which has now been fixed so I'm happy. What else can I tell you? I collect the Pokémon cards (if only for show, I don't think I've played the TCG for years) DV-training is a speciality of mine, but I'm a little poor on item placement and Breeding. I'm also quite knowledgeable in anything concerning battle (movesets that focus on your strengths, movesets that can cover Type weaknesses, as well as EV-training to accentuate strengths). So I'm quite an all-rounder concerning advice... Just, as I already said, don't ask for help about Breeding or Item placement... I'm hopeless at those... Also, just like the gentleman above, I make Trainer Cards (although I guess that's nothing special here, is it?) and I can recolour sprites...

Kimitsu, 19 years old, and fan of Pokemon since it first got marketed in the US about 8/9 years ago. I still have my original Blue cartridge, and I can't tell you how tempted I've been to pick up the used Red/Yellow/Gold/Silver/Crystal cartridges you see for sale in various Gamestop stores just for the sake of saying "I own them".
I live in NYC, yes, near the ex-Pokemon Center, and yes, I've been there. Now that it's the Nintendo Store. ninja
I was a fan of Pokemon anything, be it anime, TCG, video games, or even random merchandise like little models/dolls (I have a Pikachu from Japan that says "Pikachu!" and has its cheeks light up when you touch its feet~), but lately I've been focusing solely on the games because it's easier to keep up with. I'm not exactly a supreme gamer, I just focus on finishing what needs to be done game-wise, and my attention wanders away a lot.
But since I have an RL friend who says she'll buy a DS and Pokemon D/P if I do, she's screwed out of $170 and I've got another Pokebuddy. twisted

Hello everyone, Marsuru here.
Well what to say? I can't think of anything that I'd want to aside from I've been playing Pokémon since I was 11 so that'd be roughly 6 or so years. I've kept pretty up-to-date with the games series by owning all the gameboy games aside from Silver, Ruby and Sapphire and err--
I like Pokémon 3nodding
And yes, I'm 17, which seems to be a rather common age for Pokémon fans - many people in this guild are around that age and most of my Pokémon-loving friends are that age also.
Ahh, I also make Pokémon Trainer sprites although for some time I've not even touched my photoshop.
One more Pokémon-related thing about me is that I hardly even touch the games anymore, so I'm rather proud of my knowledge on the subject in spite of that.
Well, I guess that's that. I'm glad to see the guild has reopened and to once more see some familiar (and some not-so familiar) faces, even if they're only avatars.
