My Soquili Quest

Reference image?: No image, but I would like her main body color to be grey/silver, with dark blue or teal (preferably teal or a color like steelblue) (thick) stripes going across her legs horizontally. Her ears, the tip of her tail and her eyes should also be that color (teal/steelblue)
Accessory color?: Her necklace also teal please.
Tag colors?: The tag itself steelblue, and the feathers silver.

Description:
Eyes
Eyes should be a lovely brown with some tints of gold.
Body
Body color should be sandish yellowish goldish color. See the chaos pet in my reference pic for this color. On upper part of the body I'd like to have brown leopard print.
Chest/Belly
On the chest, I'd like to have a light rainbow mixed with a tint of gold. This is so that the rainbow doesn't stand out that much, and blends in with her color scheme, that goes easy on the eye.
Legs
The hooves should be brown. Then I'd like slightly thick horizontal brown stripes, going towards her upper body, as shown in the reference pics.
Mane + Tail
I'd like them both to be the curly style. I'd like the strands of hair to be visible. Some of them should be the rainbowy goldy color (like the one on the belly/chest). Some of them should be brown and some should be the main body color (just a little darker so that you can tell it's part of the mane/tail).
