Do you know what chap stick is? Well use it. I had that every year, the thing is you have to be prepared put on REGULAR CHAPSTICK everytime it feels dry or super soft. No flavoring or anything else should be in the chapstick try to get some with cocoa butter, that helps, and the Healing Lipstick is a dud too, I tried it. DON'T USE LIPSTICK! And the reason for this condition is the dry cold weather sucks the moistiers out of your lips.

well I know what to do.
olive oil (not much but a little, wont help it heal..... but it helps a bit) bi wax. and you can actually buy things at the drug store so it will heal. but don't use any lipstick until its fully healed. and eat some lemons or kiwis so you get c-vitamins.

I get that every now and then too. I find it best if I just put some chapstick on them and try not to mess with them (I poke at things when they hurt....usually just irritates it more). It should go away soon. If your lips stay irritated for more than a few days , or gets really bad then you might want to see a doctor
