Neelam is Nokomei's younger sister. She followed after her sister in secret, eventually catching up with her. Since Neelam has little interest in learning the ways of herbalism she spends most of her time taking care of the Teepee's ever-growing gaggle of Soquili. Maybe she will have more of a history when she grows, but for now she stays safe at home.

THE DEER:

Gentle and swift, the Deer represents spiritual growth, specifically the ability to soften our hearts in order to allow growth to occur. Additionally, the Deer is acutely aware of its surroundings and thus serves as a model for our own awareness.
