A Smiling emisary of doom, Seraph is always polite and kind when doing his job. That generally being a handing down of unlikable orders from the powers that be. A visit from Seraph to another guardian can mean anything from the reassingment of the guardian to the ordered obliteration of a government. Who knows how he feels about his job but, that he seems to do nothing most of the time and that makes everyone else very happy.
