OOC-Rules This teepee will be used primarily for organization of RP sessions involve Ayatas Noquisi and the Soquili she observes. Only those taking part in a story line may post here unless given permission by Skye otherwise.
If you have a gift and wish to leave it as a 'drop off' delivery at the teepee, please PM it to Skye Starrfyre so that she may write up a post about the discovery of the delivered gift. If you wish to RP your character (Soquili or native) gifting Ayatas or Remy with anything, let Skye know and she'll arrange something.
All info found in this teepee is OOC Information! Don't assume that just because you've read something about the characters you will know it (pasts, private RP's, etc.) unless it is something that the wind would have carried (rumors).
Please keep OOC chatter to a minimum. If you need to tell Skye something pleased do so over AIM or through PMs. If you must post OOC in the teepee, remember to use (( ))!

Age: Celebrating her twenty second summer.
Gender: Female
Physical Appearance: Her skin is a soft bronze in color, obviously that shade from time spent in the sun, rather than because it comes natural to her. Hair, once a deep shade of crimson, is now streaked with strands of copper, giving her the appearance of a night's bonfire. It is usually worn hanging free with a single white feather tucked behind her ear along with a few pretty blue beads braided into thin strands. Her eyes are a startling contrast to her other coloration; an icey blue, piercing like a star in a clear night's sky. She is just as comfortable in a doeskin dress as she is in buckskin leggings and a loose, shirt.
Personality: Much like the color of her hair would suggest, Ayatas is a fiery young woman, and quite passionate at that. She is as wild as the flames; able to be controlled only if kept under strict supervision. If left unattended her fiery spirit can quickly consume her, guiding her out into the wilderness on her own for freedom and adventure.
History: One night, many moons ago, a ball of fire fell from the sky... A star, it was said to have once been. On that same night a wee babe was found washed up on the shore by the wife of a powerful chieftan. The shooting star was believed to have been a sign from their ancestors that the girl child was to be theirs to raise as they would their own; Ayatas Noquisi, their little fire of the stars.
Despite her obvious differences, the girl was favored by her adoptive family and by her tribe. When she came of age the warriors began to squabble over her, despite her insistance that she would be 'tamed' by none of them. Her 'father', the chief, gave her an option... She would either wed one of the warriors to settle the outbreaks, or she would be sent west, away from that which she had called 'home' for most of her life.
She prayed to her ancestors for guidance and, hearing only the whisper of the wind as her answer, she packed her things and left. The wind would guide her, carrying her to where she belonged... A place where she would not be forced to the sleeping mat of any man just to appease her 'father'. To such a wild spirit, it would be better to travel west than to be supressed.
