"Yep...really." she said. They walked up to a man sitting down. The man looked up at them "Can i help youngens looking to take a carriage ride." the man said with a country accent. Lena nodded and the man smiled "Well c'mon then..lets get you some 'orses" he said getting up and going to the stable and came out with two all white horses. Lena let go of Eric's arm and ran to the horses "They are so beautiful." she said smiling. She looked back at Eric "Dont you think so."

"Yeah they're pretty...just like you." he complimented and tried to look at her in the eyes while he said this.

Lena looked into his eyes and started blushing "You really think that?" she said softly. Out of all the guys she's been with none of them really called her beautiful. The man looked at them "Alright love birds...c'mon now..the carriage is ready to go." Lena looked at the man "Okay...c'mon." she said walking toward the carriage. "Watch yer step now lil lady." he said helping her up into the carriage. Lena got on and sat down and adjusted her dress so it would take up room. "Now its yer turn young man" he said looking at Eric

Eric nodded with a smile and looked up at the man as he told them to get on the carraige. Eric hopped on and sat down close to Lena.

The man got on and took the reins. "Hah. Lets go Mary and Betty" he called out the horses. The horse neighed and trotted off into the starry light night sky. Lena wrapped her arm around Eric's and laid her head on his shoulder. "So..how do you like our little town?" she looked up at him from his shoulder and the stars reflected off her eyes creating a twinkle in her eyes like that night before.

Eric was breathless after seeing that twinkle in her eye. "It..................its nice!" he replied a little dazed.

Lena smiled and starred into his eyes. When she looked in his eyes she could help but star. They were so green and beautiful she never saw eyes like his. "Yea..... it is isn't it."

Lena continued to have her arm around his. She continued to stare at him. She leaned in closer to him and kissed him. Then she quickly pulled away and started to blush violently realizing what she did "s-sorry." she quickly said.

Eric was frozen with surprise at the kiss she had snuck on him. It was a sweet kiss and he longed for another but he didnt let that show. "its...ok...." he replied trying not to blush himself.

Lena wanted to kiss him again but now she felt awkward "Soooo..." she said trying to think of something to say but couldn't. All she could think about was kissing him again.

Eric didnt know what to say, all he could think about was if he would kiss her or not. Did he dare? He held back getting nervous about it.
