Evan went wide-eyed. All the anger immediately flowed out of her. M-maybe Kris's right? What if anger does speed up the process? she thought, staring at April.

Kris almost seemed to see it coming. all the stress a pokemon and get can result in a hurtful result. When it really comes to it, just don't piss off pokemon or pokemon related species.
He turned to the right quickly, and attempted a smack across her face. "get ahold of yourself!"

Evan loosened up her binds, and struggled free. She stood there, watching. She would jump in when needed. " Kris! When you need to, tag me in!"

He immediatley blocked the kick with his arm. He realized right away that further violence would only induce her transformation. He looked around and only saw one soloution. "sing. It's what Jiggilypuffs do." He said to Evan.

Kris caught her before she would start to fall, and set her on the grass next to the tree. ".....If I start going like she did, I want you to run. " His arm had sustained a bad bruise from the kick. "There is no telling what I would do." He felt his heart pulse, and closed his eyes, and started to concentrate, he kept a calm mind. "We may become pokemon... but remember in a way we are human. That should be enough to keep you sane."
