Ninjago: The Second Generation (Open but still Accepting ^^)

Molly smiled and started to stretch. "Ok, we're going to nimble you up with a bit of yoga." she said and started to touch her toes.

he tilted his head "Yoga?"

"Mmhmm, it's a series of stretches that loosens you up." Molly said. She then stood up and lifted her leg all the way up and held it. "It also makes you very flexible. Good for trying to be fast in fights." she added with a smile.

he thought about it... perhaps being fast was needed for him... he sat down and copied her, he was easily able to do so "L-like... this?"

"Yep, perfect." Molly said with a smile. She then laid on her stomach then curled her back so her legs were above her head and her chest and arms were only on the floor. "Can you do this?" she asked.

Xynku came in and did the pose Molly was doing, but with as left hand behind his back

..... after a moment of silence he slowly tried to copy her "This... feels strange.."

"This is too easy" Xynku smirked as he held up his entire body with just his right pinky with his legs crossed behind his head

Molly smiled as she saw Xynku came in and joined them. "Good job Xynku." she said and smiled sweetly at Sebastian. "That's how many think but if you relax and breath deeply, it's very calming and a good stress reveler." she said.

"relax... and breathe deep.." he closed his eyes and took a deep breathe

" um, okay. Just let me change into my training outfit." Alicia said nervously as she started to walk quickly. " Go ahead to the training room if you want. I'll meet you there, alright." She said quickly, before breaking into a run.

Molly smiled as she went through a few more poses before getting up. "Ok, lets start to practice your Spin Jitsu." she said with a smile. "Now I not a master but Sophie has taught me a few things to get you started." she added.

"Uh ok." Kyle said and went to the dojo and saw they were getting ready to start so he sat down and watched.

Cecilia silently follows Kyle to the dojo.

Sebastian got up "Spin Jitsu?"

"Yep." Molly smiled and looked at the others as she talked. "Spin Jitsu is a special technique that involves your golden weapons. You create a whirlwind with your element that can be destructive and creative." she said.
