Kota teleported into the arena, nunchaku at the ready. He knew from watching his opponents previous match (Not to mention seeing her in the previous tournament.) that she was not to be taken lightly. He bowed stiffly at her and took a fighting stance.

The ref gave the signal, and the match began.

Kota cautiously approached his target, twirling his nunchaku casually. Once he closed the distance between them, he jumped forward, swinging his nunchaku at Hedy's torso.

The Bount felt a sting as the weapon bit into her. She retaliated with a snarl and an upward slash with her fork.

The fork caught Kota along his shoulder, drawing a thick line of blood to blossom through his clothing. He responded with a quick kick aimed at Hedy's torso.

Hedy grasped Kota by the ankle, and tossed him forcefully into unforgiving stone. She followed up with a vertical swipe of her trident.

Hedy's trident caught Kota across the back, leaving a long trail of blood. Kota rolled to one side and stabbed at her with his spiky nunchaku.

Hedy quickly blocked her opponent's attack, and screamed out the command to release her weapon's spirit!
"Get off your a**, Ludwig! Seiga Dich!" The Spielzeug came out at last, belching a cloud of noxious fumes, hot ash, and sulfur at Kota.

Kota teleported behind the creature and slammed his energy charged heel into its neck area.

Ludwig's bones cracked painfully as they realigned after Kota's devastating blow. The monster roared and slashed with both claws.

Kota blocked the attack with his nunchaku, popping the Spielzeug in the knuckles in the process.
He twisted on the spot and attacked with a backhand.

Ludwig ducked under the arm, and jabbed his claws into his enemy's ribcage.

Kota leaped to one side, dodging the blow. However, he didn't realize that he was so close to the edge of the arena. He lost his footing and tumbled to the ground. Before he could even climb to his feet, the referee made a call in favor of Hedy.

Basan was next to enter the arena. He could not hide the childish grin dancing upon his beak-like mouth. The Bount woman was strong. He would enjoy fighting such a warrior. She was pretty, too, for someone so closely related to humans. He gave a cluck and belched a lick of flame. The Youkai cocked his head as his enemy entered the arena.
