(( ...sooo did I miss much...>.> ))
Phoebe made a frightened, high pitched squeak as Verloren slowly grasped her chin. Her breathing and heart rate increased rapidly, when exactly did he get that close to her face?
Without Armand close by she was going to have to come up with something and quick and playing along with this, in her opinion, creepy and slightly suave individual was the best she could come up with.
'I really dread to think what Gent is going to say to this...'
Slowly the blue haired woman's eyes shifted from side to side as she sheathed her sword, at this close a range it would be more of a hinderance then a help in her currant plan "I-I've only just met you...and"
Carefully Phoebe wrapped her hand around Verloren's wrist, moving it away from her face slowly as if she were playing coy with him. God this was embarrassing she could hardly talk to flirtatious men in a normal situation let alone a practical hostage situation. "already I don't like you!"
Phoebe's voice took on a hard( and slightly flustered) edge as she used Verloren's hand as leverage to swing her knee forward towards his stomach, her captive wrist thrashing from side to side until it finally slipped free of his grasp, minus her silken glove.

Hemo laughed as Chrome was put off by VoltEdge. "Oh God, you are pathetic." He said derisively then drew his sword. He was planning on killing the annoying Animus flunkie, preferably by drowning her in her own blood. Adrian dashed forward and sliced, his sword going through air, leaving him bewildered as to what the f*ck happened.
"Well that could've been unpleasant." Slipsapce said to Chrome as he held her bridal style on top of a nearby building, he just hoped Hemo would be too distracted to look up.

((You know what. I'll just go with it. >.> ))
As Armand rushed him, he lifted his hand to toss him aside, when it was taken by Phoebe. 'What is she...' He thought as he stumbled backwards as his grip on her loosened, leaving him with only her glove. He barely caught himself from falling over backwards when he realized he wouldn't be able to avoid her blow, when suddenly, Armand's swipe and her knee blow hit each other. Verloren's eyes lit up with surprise. 'T-that was... that was too close...' He thought.

"Well duh." Jack said simply and sent his knee up to hit Asura in the groin, the second baton doing little more than just poking him. Of course, everyone did have limits, it was just a matter of time before one or both of them gave out.

It seems that VoltEdge is enjoying Serene's shadow figures. She was about to drag VoltEdge away from the scene when they were interrupted by the woman who appeared on TV, Ace Chrome. Her clothes as fancy like it appeared on TV. As she was running closer to them, Serene saw VoltEdge raising up her hand, crackling with electricity. Is she trying to tell Serene that she can defend herself? Chrome jumped back in fear, she saw Hemo trying to cut Chrome up, but in that instant, Ace Chrome was gone, Hemo's blade cutting through air instead. Whered did she go? Serene wondered. Maybe Chrome's ability was to move very fast, but why didn't she do that earlier? She walked up beside VoltEdge facing Hemo. "If you don't hurt us, we won't hurt you." Her voice was toneless, her expression in stone. It was true she helped reinforced Hemo's sword earlier, but it was because she wanted Hemo to seperate Coil from VoltEdge. Now that Coil is gone, Serene has no need of him. She learned from observing countless battles that villians are never to be trusted.

"Fine, but please leave, I'd rather not have to be ordered to kill you just because you were here." Adrian said simply and sat down on a piece of debris. He knew full well that JK didn't like third party survivors.

The first clone winced as a knee stopped his feet before he could strike anything else. The second clone felt the pressure on his shoe when the backing up enemy connected directly with it and the kick struck. That was the chance, Armand noted. He got off from his position and charged where the clone yelped, "Here!" The original's intention was to body slam right in, even if he hit his own clone along with the villain. What he feared now was that telekinetic push, or something similar; but worse. Hopefully the kick would've dazed the opponent enough to slow down those powers. If they could bang his head on the sturdy floor, he could be knocked out, so Armand hoped.

Phoebe stumbled backwards with a startled squeal as Verloren pulled back, landing on Armand number 5 with a heavy thump. Well at least her attack connected to bad it was the wrong person she hit.
Rolling over she pushed herself up into a kneeling stance and reached forward, gently shaking (what she assumed) was Armand by the shoulders, her vision swaying violently from the impact of the head-butt “S-sorry”
‘Hopefully that hurt him as much as it hurt me’ Gingerly Phoebe touched her forehead, wincing as her fingers pressed on the tender skin. That was going to leave a nice bruise in the morning. Still feeling slightly dizzy the female hero staggered to her feet, grabbing a hand full of the clones shirt in an attempt to pull him to his feet as well (one that was far from successful). “come on, we need to get moving” paying little attention to what was going on behind her Phoebe once again tugged on the males shirt pitifully before leaning down to his level and muttering in his ear “we need to get back to my apartment, he came up the stair way so our best chance is up”
As if to reaffirm her point there was a sickening crack from the upper floor, like wood being split clean in two. In her dizzy state Phoebe paid no mind to her fear of the dark, her mind that had been frozen with fear before was able to focus sort of, allowing her to concentrate on the roses that lay dormant in her apartment. The vines had started to grow and spread on command, stretching out far past their confined pots.
With one final tug Phoebe managed to hall Armand 5 to his feet and push him in the opposite direction to Verloren, the direction they had previously come.

Before Asura could lose his child bringing organs, the tags from Chrome blew, sending Asura falling like a mighty, branchy oak. He slammed against a building and landed on the roof. As the smoke cleared, he seemed alive, but many arms were blown clean off. He groaned in pain as he dissipated the leftovers. He tried to radio over his hidden mic to someone. "Chrome...." He dropped before he could finish, passing out above the streets.

Coil stepped out of the factory, his body was perfectly healed, and he was left overcharged, he felt amazing. He wanted to return to battle, show the blood manipulator a thing or two, unfortunately there was the strong possibility that the girl would still be there; she'd drain him completely. There was no way he'd go now, perhaps he would find the girl later and 'talk' to her.

Jack fell all the way to the ground, bouncing off multiple surfaces as he did so, responding with an audible "Ow" every time his body struck something. When he finally reached the ground he groaned and rolled over. "Hemo, wake everyone the hell up, we're leaving." JK said as he lay on the ground, waiting for his body to adapt and get him moving again. God, I am going to be so sore tomorrow. He thought, almost wishing he had something to throw at Asura, that douche.

'Oh no you don't...' he thought, regaining his composure and going after them. He grabbed her around her waist before shooting a wave of his telekinesis powers at the clones to send them away. Whether or not it actually hit them, he didn't care. He was here to win the game only, for his own satisfaction, and that's what he would do. "Be good. You don't want me to drop you." He told her as he rushed up the stairs. As soon as he saw the sky, he used his telekinesis on his boots to propel them to the top of the building, where his handsome figure could finally be seen in the moonlight. He slowly let her back down on the roof top before letting out a deep breath. Using his power this much was starting to get to him. This truly was a challenge, and he loved it. "Where did he hurt you, my lady?" He asked gently.

Spike was being raised from the street by a Barbus member. He let out a low grunt but hardly woke. Not until the chap practically punched him in the face, at least. Man, villains. Still being villainous to other villains. At least when said villain was too incapacitated to do anything about it. Spike half-opened his eyes with a slight wrinkling of the brow. He looked particularly wasted. That's a good enough feeling considering the guy's been rammed and sent flying several times, not to mention electrocuted. But alas, it was time to go.
Ace Chrome thought she was going to be done in... Again. For the millionth time this month. She cringed and squeaked audibly, squeezing her eyes shut, almost feeling the blade cutting her in half when... She opened her eyes, still alive. She had a curious expression on her face, before looking at who had rescued her, blushing a bit. She was expecting an Animus member but was equally surprised to find an okay-looking stranger before her. "Oh~", she said with the ever-present girlish twang in her voice. "You're... Thanks you...", she said in between even spaces of thinking what to say. That was when she heard Asura radioing in. "Oh crap", she said, asking to be set down. She had to go get the man and many other Animus members now. Apparently, being an Animus lieutenant also means being part of clean-up crew. "I have to go. Can you please bring me down?", she said to the stranger, trying to brush off the fact that he was holding her in a bridal position. Oh crap. The recruit. She sighed. It will have to wait for next time... If next time ever came. It always helps to get an urban legend on one's team, whether it be that amazing robot scientist or the haunted library lady or VoltEdge. It always helps. But that is not a thought to think when most, if not all, of one's comrades are lying in the cold streets.
VoltEdge looked to Serene curiously, watching her converse with the villain. She did not understand the words but she heard the coldness in her voice. When the girl that VoltEdge had perceived to be harmless towards her showed such an attitude at the guy, she also turned to him with a piercing glance

Serene nodded to VoltEdge and tugged at VoltEdge a little bit, a way of communicating that they must go. It seems that the villians are leaving, but she is not going to risk it, she'll took heed of Hemo's warning. She saw VoltEdge's piercing glance and couldn't help but giggle a little, VoltEdge is imitating her. Hopefully Serene can teach VoltEdge a few words if she imitates.

"Damn, I missed all the good action." mutters Madeline from atop a nearby building. She had only been in the area for about ten minutes, but still too late to have any real fun. She watched as Asura and Jokerkind fought, but decided not to join in. Instead Madeline waited until Chrome's tags blew them apart to jump down from the short building. After a less than graceful landing, she walked over to her boss, surprised that Chrome wasnt there. She smirked,"hey are ya doin' alright there boss?"
